From the very first call, they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable--even though our situation was a bit unique. Instead of pushing us into a costly repair, they took the time to understand what was going on and gave us honest, practical guidance. What really stood out was their integrity. After reviewing everything, they followed up with additional options (including lower-cost and even free alternatives through ODNR) that were clearly in our best interest--not theirs. That's rare. They also connected us with someone in their network to help guide us further, which made a huge difference in figuring out next steps. If you're dealing with anything related to gas wells or drilling, this is a company that actually cares about doing right by people. Highly recommend.

Ingenuity, know-how and the equipment to bring them to life are in the Harley family's DNA. The first gas well was drilled in an Ohio oil field in 1884, and we've been proud to be part of that legacy since 1937! Now being run by third and fourth-generation Harleys, we manage oil wells and natural gas wells that we own and operate--ranging from 400 to 6,000 feet deep -- as well as service commercial customers and landowners who own their own wells all over the state. We also act as consultants to folks wishing to acquire an oil and gas well.

She was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy from the start. I received a text back the very same day, and she had an appointment scheduled within just a couple of days. On the day of the appointment, I received a text about 20 minutes before Justin arrived, which I really appreciated. He showed up right on time, introduced himself, and quickly got to work. Justin was courteous, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Rather than trying to upsell unnecessary repairs or replace parts that didn't need attention, he carefully diagnosed the problem and had our shower working properly again in about 10 minutes. That kind of honesty and expertise is hard to find these days. What really sets K&S Mechanical apart is their commitment to customer service and integrity. Their pricing is fair, their work is honest, and they genuinely care about doing the job right instead of simply making a sale. A huge thank you to Karen and Justin for another outstanding experience. I won't hesitate to call K&S Mechanical for any future plumbing needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional service. They have definitely earned my business for years to come.

I do real estate full-time and I first used them to assess the sewer lines in an apartment building my brother and I were personally in the process of buying and he found a sink hole underneath due to the corroded sewer lines (saving us thousands of dollars.) Ever since I have recommended them to all my buyer and seller clients in need of a plumbing inspection, repair or scope! Which is honestly saying a lot, because after 11 years in real estate, I have very very few contractors I recommend. Because a lot are unreliable, but NOT them! They respond quickly, they show up, they are available in emergencies, they do great work, they are super knowledgeable, they are honest and they NEVER pressure my clients into repairs they don't need. They treat your home like it's their home and what they'd personally and professionally recommend! There is also not enough space in here to share all the things they've caught for my clients: rotted sewer stack mains, sewer gas leaks, water intrusion, leaking lines, safety concerns and so much more. Plus, the willingness to put my clients mind at ease by discussing their reports in person or over the the phone at literally all hours. And never making you feel like any question is a silly question... they truly care! If you hire them I promise you won't regret it! Thank you so much Sean, Justin and the K & S Family for being the best in the business! You so appreciated!! Sincerely, A realtor who only trusts them for all her and her clients plumbing needs! (I attached some photos from a recent job, where they scoped and saw the sewer stack was rotted. They then replaced it and replaced all the old waterlines as well.)

This is a newer home (four years old) with a flooded master bathroom on a Friday morning. Eighty year olds stumbling in the dark at night to the second far off bathroom for three days a problem. The first they could look at it Monday. After several calls that was going to be the best time. Lewis was at our door at exactly 8 AM, Monday. He looked at the toilet and saw a leaking supply line. He said he had one in his truck and I said replace it. He quickly did so. The one he replaced it with was braided steel, replacing a cheap plastic one so I ask if he had another to replace the same in our other bath if it was the same. He said he would check. He did and he did. He then went to the truck and made the bill. Travel to our home (less and one mile from their shop) $30. Labor $125 (labor rate $300/hour (I have Ring video times) parts $33+ I checked Amazon retail less than $12 for both. Very good service TOTAL time at property (including drive on and off) 27 minutes - total bill $188. So in my judgment three stars. Maybe send your kids to trade school not Yale.
