Even though they are young, both were extremely professional, kind, and helpful in showing me everything I needed to know. When I returned today, Sarah once again went above and beyond. She personally brought my food out to my car. As she approached and saw I was on the phone, she kindly said, "I don't want to scare you, just bringing your food to you," with the biggest smile. That simple moment showed how thoughtful and customer-focused she is. Both Sarah and Tinleigh create a friendly and caring environment that makes you want to come back. He has an egg allergy, so he had to drive back (15 minutes each way) to get a replacement. The team remade it right away, but unfortunately there was no apology or apparent care for the mistake. Unfortunately, his bagel just ok and not as good as it has been in the past. I think the owner just adds the magic touch-a sprinkle of love! She quoted us a 40-minute wait, but thankfully we were seated in about half that time. Inside, the restaurant is quaint and cozy with a classic diner feel complete with counter seating and booths. If you have a larger party, there are a couple of outdoor tables that appear to accommodate around six people, but personally I think this spot is best enjoyed with a smaller group.
