Review for Sarah & Tinleigh at Clean Eatz This was my first time visiting Clean Eatz last week, and Sarah and Tinleigh immediately made the experience welcoming and smooth. Even though they are young, both were extremely professional, kind, and helpful in showing me everything I needed to know. When I returned today, Sarah once again went above and beyond. She personally brought my food out to my car. As she approached and saw I was on the phone, she kindly said, "I don't want to scare you, just bringing your food to you," with the biggest smile. That simple moment showed how thoughtful and customer-focused she is. Both Sarah and Tinleigh create a friendly and caring environment that makes you want to come back. The service and ambiance was perfect. Honestly the food just isn't that great. Don't eat the salmon...overcooked to high heavens. It doesn't seem very fresh to be honest, I think you'd have better luck eating at a chipotle or a diablos. My husband and I both purchased large bowls to eat, his was twice the size of mine as well. The service was quick and the environment was perfect for a lunch meeting with a friend. I am so happy I found this place. I come into town for work and have always been looking for a nutritionally dense meal in Augusta that tasted good. I finally found it!! The build your own bowl is great - you can do two proteins to mix up your bowl. I ordered the Thai peanut sauce and loved it. So many people came in to get their prepacked meals. I'm definitely coming back to have their lunches for my work week lunches and come to sit down for dinner as well in the future. I'm so happy I don't have to eat greasy food anymore! When I called the restaurant about it, the rude worker gave a lot of attitude and hung up on me. I accidentally came here. I was going to but a burger from the guys next door but i was in a rush. The food at clean eats is healthier and cheaper than the burger place next door. The salmon burger, teriyaki style includes a sliced pineapple on the burger. It's tastes very good, all flavor, no guilt. read more

First time here and I'm glad I found it. It's sometimes tricky finding somewhere nice to eat clean and prices are fair when you're running errands,ect. The staff was very friendly and very nice to my baby (13months). I was able to hey more information regarding the meal Preps and signed up to receive emails so I can start ordering the prepped meals. I was excited to try this cafe but ended up VERY disappointed. I had a bowl and took it to go but DIDNT but a frozen one. I assumed it was made fresh onsite. However it was SADLY CLEAR the food had been cooked off site and only "put together" at the cafe. The chicken and shredded beef bowl I ordered has sweet potato base and no veg. The sweet potato was rubbery on the outside just like when you freeZe sweet potato and reheat it. The shredded beef was average and the chicken was more like over cooked shredded NOT juicy cubes of freshly cooked chicken.... Sad sad sad..... I hoped it had been freshly COOKED onsite. I don't eat processed sugar so I didn't try the sauce. I guess if you smoother it all in sauce you would notice how poor the quality of vegetables and protein they serve. read more

Clean Eatz was DELICIOUS. Vegetarian & vegan options are scarce here but if they added 4-5 recipes in the menu, it'll definitely be a game changer. As a vegetarian, I'm going to speak for myself & whoever is vegetarian/vegan can agree with me with a helpful thumbs up on the review if they'd like but in general, "black bean" burgers are disgusting. How you can make it tastier for vegetarians & vegans is by marinading the patty for at least an hour in the refrigerator then cook it in sunflower oil, don't do it like everyone else does. Other than that, the sides are delicious If you guys decide to add tofu, marinade that as well, add in tons of flavor & if you could, bread it & you've created "Breaded 'chicken" for us vegetarians & vegans. read more

I'd never ordered from a Clean Eatz before but my husband and I wanted something fast and healthy so we gave it a go! I ordered a build your own bowl with chicken, Brussels, red onions, zucchini and sweet potatoes. My husband ordered the "big boy" wrap - both were good and par with what we expected. I just want to start off by saying that the staff is amazing. The staff is friendly they help you pick out different styles to go on your meal such as veggies or any kind of sauce. They have a very clean establishment, restrooms are extremely clean in the restroom they have flushable wipes and they have Aveeno soap and also Aveeno moisturizing hand lotion as well as for the ladies by bath and body works moisturizing lotion and body spray. I thought that that was an awesome touch to add to their restroom. Our meal was extremely satisfying the veggie flatbread was amazing all of the flavors were combined well and the presentation looked good. The veggie black bean burger was really good it had red onions a slice of tomato, Takis sauce, and wheat bread it was very delicious. And to add some extra flavor the sauces that we had were the cilantro lime sauce which was my favorite, chili sauce, Chipotle sauce, and ranch. I would say that the ranch was very light it wasn't heavy like most that I've had. Came in to pick up and order and was greeted by one of the rudest customer service reps period. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but the attitude given as soon as I stepped up to pay was ridiculous. When I asked if I could pay for both the meals I preordered as well as an additional 14 I got the reply of "are you actually going to pick up the food". No lady I'm going to give you 120 dollars for fun YES I WANT THE FOOD. The whole time this is going on the other work bringing my order is continually dropping the containers on the ground. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend simply because of how poorly I was treated as a person. read more

Just passing through Augusta on a road trip with my sister and stopped by for lunch. All I can say is "WOW!" We tried the "Watch Your Waist" and "Buffalo Chicken" wraps.... SO GOOD! I've eaten here twice since opening. I like the menu options. Both visits I ordered the Salmon burger and Buffalo Cauliflower Bites. I've enjoyed it on both occasions. Both visits were takeout orders. They do have indoor dining. Mask is required for the entrance, but most people who chose to dine did not wear them while eating (obviously). I don't see an outdoor dining area, but that may be added when the weather is warmer. read more

Did a call in order, the food wasn't really salted or peppered, which I don't mind at all. I had teriyaki sauce to have with it and it was amazing! Wish there was more broccoli in it but the bison, shredded beef and chicken all together was so good. read more

Husband and I discovered this place after I had heard coworkers talking about it. I love the concept of being able to order food in the cafe and pick out to-go meals. The staff are all so pleasant! Very friendly, great attitudes, really make you feel welcome. Sometimes the freezer section looks rather empty, and that's the only thing I'd wish differently from them.
