I asked if they could check the order history, but they refused to look it up or help me resolve the issue. After some back and forth, they suggested that someone had already picked up my order and even accused my girlfriend and me of taking it ourselves. When we pressed for assistance, the employee called someone named "Aunty Apla" on the phone. Instead of helping, she started screaming at us. At that point, we left since it was clear they had no intention of resolving the situation. This was by far the worst experience I've had with DoorDash and at any 7-Eleven.
