Food is incredible and fresh made to order. Hours are roughly 7ish AM to 230-3pm & 5-8pm. Breakfast Mexican food until about 10am. (Be careful the breakfast tacos are addictive! :p ). Extremely busy from 1130am to 1pm. Go during down time. They get slammed during lunch. Small sitting area in front of counter but everything is packed to go so you can takeout. You can also call them and place a pickup order which is great during peak hours otherwise you could be in for a wait. It's worth it though. I wish they had their own listing on here. But then everyone would know about this gem!

This Texaco is located off I-985 exit 8 (SR 347 (Friendship Road / Lanier Islands Parkway) - Lake…read moreLanier) in Buford, Georgia. This is the last gas station you'll come across if heading to Lanier Islands resort from the interstate. It's also the closest gas station to the resort that I know of though there's a QuikTrip less than a mile down the road which is closer to the interstate. I filled up at this Texaco after playing golf (and scoring my first hole-in-one!) at the resort nearby. If traveling east towards the interstate on GA-347, you'll have to make a U-turn at the light to get to this station because of a relatively new concrete median on the highway. This station was dead compared to the QT nearby. That was a little sad considering this station is fairly big (16 pumps) and had the same price as QT for regular unleaded gas. Premium, however, was a different story. It was exactly $1 more per gallon than regular and about $0.50 more per gallon than QT's premium. What's up with that? The station was spacious and clean enough. My pump (#14) was in satisfactory condition and it printed my receipt out clearly. If all your car needs is regular gas, this place should suffice. Otherwise, go to QT. The Food Mart looks big enough. Flanking it on either side is a Mexican takeout joint called G Sisters Restaurant and a dry cleaner called A Plus Cleaners.
