And after finally getting the chance to go to one my, I can say wholeheartedly that I agree!! They have so many more authentic Hawaiian toppings, and it's a gluten-free paradise!! All their toppings but three are gluten free! So, all their sauces are gluten free! Everything was absolutely delicious!!! Poke is such a great way for sushi-lovers to eat that kind of food at a more reasonable price, and Island Fin is my new favorite poke restaurant. Ruth, the owner of this location, is an absolute delight. She talked with us for quite a bit, and we loved getting to know her. And the employees were so kind and patient as they talked us through all the options. They had really cool flavors of sodas by Tractor at the machine: organic, non-GMO, made with cane sugar, etc. Lots of fun flavors. And DO NOT MISS THE DOLE WHIPS!!! For any fellow Disney fans, yes, this is indeed official Dole Whip. If you close your eyes and take a bite, you will think you're in Magic Kingdom.
