Before I get to the food, I have to recognize Michelle W. She was absolutely outstanding! She managed multiple customers at once with a smile, kept the line moving efficiently, and made everyone feel acknowledged. Employees like her make a lasting impression. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the service. I specifically asked for the brisket to be placed in a container with the bun packaged separately since I wouldn't be eating it until the following day. Other QuikTrip locations have always prepared it this way without any issues. When I opened my bag at work the next day, I found sliced bread with cheese instead of the roll that it is supposed to come with it. Even more disappointing, the amount of brisket was much smaller than what I've consistently received at other QuikTrip locations (posted pictures) Had they used the correct roll, there wouldn't have been nearly enough meat to fill it. The brisket itself still had the great flavor I expect from QuikTrip, but the incorrect order and skimpy portion made this visit a letdown. I hope this location can match the consistency I've experienced at other stores--especially because the customer service from Michelle W. was top-notch. The two stars go to Michelle W. The food that is prepared at sold took away the other three stars I would have given if I got what I ordered.

The gas is about average to the rest of the gas stations in the area or sometimes a penny or two less, and you can also get a car wash on site. You can save a dollar on the car wash if you get gas, but there's no discount for the air which should be free if you gas up at Speedway.

Gasoline at QT is usually at a comparable or good price. The staff at QT are usually friendly, and they take pride in the store. The store and the bathrooms are always clean and well-maintained; And there open 24/7.

Where they drop the ball most noticeably, is in the food section. If you're looking for a nibble, don't come here expecting anything good. They have one of those little car washes. I have never used it, and I never will. According to a Yelper, they damaged his tire, and blamed him for not driving through the car wash properly. No thanks! Stay away from the car wash…read more I'm normally the 3 hour on the weekend wash the car by hand type, but today I had a need for a quick outside hose off. There are very few truly touchless car washes in the area and the only reason to use a car wash with spinning rags is if you hate your car and want to inflict as much grit damage as possible in the shortest amount of time. So, this one is touchless. Since this was my first time using an automated car wash in decades and my first time here, I made sure to ask if the car wash was in good operating condition. I was assured it was and paid my seven bucks for the simplest wash knowing all the extra chemicals above and beyond "rinse, soap, rinse" is both a waste of money and damaging to automotive surfaces. The unit sprayed cleaner all over the car, then pressure washed it off. I was instructed by the bodyless voice to slowly move forward and drive out, expecting the large blower nozzles to kick on and (mostly) dry the water off the car...but no wind, no nothing. So I drive off in a wet car, quickly noticing that almost none of the very light dirt had been removed. Skip it.

The donuts and pastries are rather expensive, and if you come later in the day the full selection is unavailable, and what is left looks picked over. Also they have quick foods. I have tasted their pizza and breakfasts sandwiches and while they are nothing to write home about, they are not bad either. The pizza has the time of day it was baked so you know how fresh it is, but they do cheat. For example, I am writing this review at 1:09PM , and the box of pizza I have in my hand says it was made at 1:26 PM. So be careful. Other than that... These QT's are popping up everywhere, and so far with competitive gas prices. Decent food, clean bathrooms and very noteworthy, bringing jobs to the neighborhood. There is some room for improvement, but overall I am happy to see them coming.
