Food? 10/10 | Speed of Service? 10/10 - Not too busy for a Saturday morning which is fine by me. It's a get in line, order your food, and find your own table type of place which is cool. I ordered the Five and Dime Biscuit with the Peach Berry Lemonade. The biscuit comes with a chicken strip, bacon, egg (cooked how you want it), and either sausage(what I got) or mushroom gravy. Is it messy? Yes. Is it good though? Yes! The peach berry lemonade was a definite star for me because it didn't have actual berries at the bottom and it wasn't an overwhelming flavor from both the peach and berry. We also got the chicken and waffles and they were great as well. The churro latte was fine, it wasn't my favorite, but it was still good for what it was. All still a really good breakfast place to stop by whether you are in a rush or you want to sit down and converse.

I have a few feelings regarding our visit. This was the first time we've ever been there. The food was very good. It came out hot and fresh. Plated well. Brought to our table after we had ordered it at the counter. The inside had a lot of seating options and they had an outdoor patio as well. The store was clean-ish. My star deduction comes from the pricing. It is HIGH for a chicken biscuit!! (As well as the beverages) I'm from Bojangles country and 12.00+ for a chicken biscuit even with egg and gravy on it hurts my heart. But I'll say it again, it was good. A regular soda is $3.49. I REFUSE!!!! to ever pay that. But for a special occasion or maybe a girls brunch where you only for yourself it's doable.

Come and try something different. Stopped in on Tuesday late morning. Plenty of wooden table and chairs open. Step up and order, pay then they call your name for pick up. Served on real plates and real silver Lots of pre-ordered takeaways going out the door. Had 2 of the squawking goat biscuit sandwiches (yummy) and they even catered to a low carb option of scrambled eggs and delicious sausage patties. Enjoy!

We've had several people tell us to try Maple Street Biscuit Co, and we finally had a chance to check them out during a recent visit to Charlotte! Our group of four met up for breakfast shortly after they opened, and the restaurant was already pretty busy. This must be a popular weekend spot! The service was great - they asked us a fun "question of the week" to identify our order rather than just asking for our name. All of our food was ready quickly as well, which is a plus when you're hungry! Our meals, however, really weren't anything special. I ordered the Power Bowl, which was pretty mid. Maybe that's my fault for not ordering a biscuit. However, my husband ordered the Sticky Maple biscuit and he didn't really love his food either. Maybe we visited on an off day ... or maybe we just didn't order right! I'd definitely be willing to give Maple Street Biscuit Co. another chance the next time I'm in need of a quick Southern-style breakfast.

This was our first time here , Sunday morning at 9:30 ! Here you order at the counter and find yourself a seat , there's plenty of options both indoor and out . Our food was brought out appearing as described on the menu, although the tots were not a " I gotta have those again item" for me. They plenty of beverage options from coffee, lattes to lemonade . I do like that they have to go boxes and utensils out for you to grab on your own . It got busy so go early , we will definitely be back .

Came in on a Sunday morning and picked up some breakfast. Was our first time here and it was ok- but I wish the portion sizes were bigger. $10 for two pieces of bacon, an egg, a biscuit and hash browns the amount didn't seem like much. Overall meh- jelly was watery, chai latte was good, they didn't have the mocha one we wanted, and the bacon was floppy so overall it was not great. The service was very different considering you had to order at the front and then also pick up your own food like you were in a cafeteria, but paid for restaurant prices. I wouldn't be back. Wouldn't visit again Ambiance was giving burger joint.

Such a cute place.the sausage egg and cheese biscuit I got was great. The staff was super nice and patient. My friend got a chicken biscuit and loved it. They weren't super busy but the flow was steady. Would definitely come bs k got a quick breakfast.

I was craving a breakfast sandwich so Maple Street seemed like the perfect place to try today. Overall I was pretty disappointed. It's set up as if it were fast food, but it took almost 25 minutes to get a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and some breakfast tacos. When our order came out, it was missing one of the three tacos. The manager gave us a refund so we only paid for one total. After this, I discovered my biscuit was missing the cheese. I didn't want the hassle to complain again so I ate it; it was good but would have been better with the cheese. I probably will not come back because it's just not a convenient experience.

First time here and not amazing but not awful either. If it seems busy, the line goes fast so don't panic. Went with the chicken pimento cheese sandwich and 2 smash browns. Sandwich wasn't bad but wasn't really anything special either. Chicken was hot and the biscuit was good. Good amount of pimento cheese as well. The smash browns were a fail. They lacked flavor and while crispy, didn't really taste like anything. Just go with the sandwich.

Menus are located in a stand by the door. Once you know your order, walk up to the counter. There is a pick up area to the right. I ordered a retro biscuit plate. It came with eggs (made to order), bacon, smashbrowns and biscuit with jelly or gravy. I ordered a maple mocha latte. The maple mocha latte was too sweet for me, but that's ok. I'm sure it is perfect for the right person. I will get plain coffee in my next visit. It didn't take long at all to receive my order. I thought the breakfast was good. The bacon was fresh, the eggs were good. The biscuit was fluffy. The smashbrowns were interesting and they had a really nice flavor and texture. Overall, I would visit this location again. The manager made sure things were flowing as they should. He came to my table to make sure everything was to my liking. I thought that was very nice of him. All of the workers provided great service.

Disgusting atmosphere. Told employees the bins were overflowing and they ignored us.

Back when this place opened it used to be pretty good. The manager would come around to tables and the food was usually fast and good. The last couple times were not great but we decided to give it another chance. Today it took 45 minutes for us to get our to-go order. Other people were experiencing a similar wait time. The trash cans were overflowing and the dirty dish bins too. Everyone was miserable- customers and employees. We will not be coming back.

The best service I have ever gotten. Employees were so nice. The food delicious as well. Thanks!

My only downside was the bottom of the drink tasted gritty and had a white residue left at the bottom. Also, I initially wanted the drink with light ice and this was my first encounter at a shop that charges extra for light ice (45 cents). Not a huge deal and I understand that companies incur more costs for light ice or no ice. Maybe I could justify the additional charge for getting the drink without ice, but I still wanted ice---just not a lot of it. I just would've like to have been told about it or seen some signage about the additional charge since the toppings and other add ons are listed out.
