This review is for the carwash. Probably the worst car wash in the area. I took my car twice, thinking first might be a fluke. Paid extra for wheel and tire: Still dirty. Had to clean myself. The people drying your car have no respect for the vehicle. They climb on the side door floor and on the tires to dry the roof. This review is for the car wash. It isn't the cheapest option but you can buy a package of coupons and, in effect, you get one free car wash. My car always looks great after I come here but today when I got home I realized that I had a long drip of pine sap left on the car. I called them and they told me to come right back in. The manager of the car wash personally came out to clean up the sap. I mentioned that on an inside window I had residue from a sticker and he took the time to clean up that as well. For a gas station they have a lot food and drink options inside of their little mini market as for gas it's quite expensive but it's nice and convenient that there's a gas station on the corner here. The employees working there seem nice and friendly and kind and greeted me as I walked in. I'm going to be guessing all gas stations are going to be pretty similar in their high prices right now unfortunately wish they were lower. read more

My daughter took her car there for wash. Left wheels uncleaned, trunk not vacuumed, inside not wiped down. Simply terrible and unacceptable. They need an active manger there. Really disappointment. I haven't been up to Circle K car wash in awhile but always told people it was the best car wash around. not anymore. I spent $49.99 for the works. I was told it would take about 30-40 minutes but was done in 15 minutes. I walked around the car and saw lots of spots and places they missed. The inside of the car was vacuumed, but not very well. I had a large, what I thought was bird poop, but apparently was not and was not washed off. I was disappointed and was looking forward to having a nice clean car to drive around in. Unfortunately, now I need to find another car wash and that makes me sad. read more

They do a decent wash here, but it's pretty pricey. Even the cheapest option is still a bit overpriced. And the people working in the gas station are rude. When I go inside to buy stuff they are always sitting in the back room and not even paying attention to the customers. You have to get their attention or else you'll stand there forever while they are conversating because that is obviously more important to them than you are. Why would anyone want to buy gas here where Regular is currently priced at $3.83 a gallon when AM/PM ARCO charges $3.17 and is just 1 MILE down the road at Ayers and Clayton Road? Even Premium is .47 cents cheaper at ARCO! We were out in this end of town, and decided that we would gas up my mom's car. It was the least we could do for letting us borrow it while we were visiting her. This was a pretty nice station. To the people working inside Circle K: You guys rock; specifically Kris and Vincent. They make the entire experience, however brief, fun. Take tonight for example. Kris counted for about 15 minutes, pennies, nickles, dimes, and quarters. Was he angry about it? Not at all; he was laughing about it actually. This place is awful, the employees are the rudest people and treated my husband and I like dirt! My husband left his phone there by accident, he called it and an employee named John answered it and said he put it in their office until we picked it up. Later on we go to get it and 2 different young men were there and kept saying no they didn't have it, and they REFUSED to look in the office where John said it was! I asked for the managers contact info which they refused to give me. A couple days later I go in the store and talk to a manager named Jill who was even ruder and refused to look for it, refused to give me johns contact info and refused to put me in touch with the owner of the store. One of those young men stole the phone and management is pretty much incompetent and incredibly unprofessional. Absolutely awful store ran by awful people. read more

This gas station has gone significantly downhill in appearance and service over the last couple years. This station USED to be my go to station but its just and eyesore in the neighborhood now. I stopped getting gas here and started going to the Shell station on YV and Clayton or the Shell station by Heather Farms. I stopped by here this past weekend to fill up my wife's car on the way out to the city (she was on fumes) and it is even worse now. The parking lot and pump floors outside the store are disgusting, who knows the last time they have been power washed. There was no clean water in the squeegee buckets, the water smelled and has some kind of oil in it...i checked THREE buckets and all the same. Maybe they could add a little window cleaner in there! Good luck trying to find a squeegee, of the 6 buckets I checked I found 2 squeegees, both of them broken (no rubber on one and the other had half the sponge falling off...I threw them both in the trash! Paper towels...good luck trying to find any of these in the squeegee stations as well. And why is there trash all over the parking lot and grass? I wish the owner would focus a little more on keeping this station in presentable order. Until then ill continue to drive a mile down the road to give my money and service to a station that is clean and has the basics i can use while i fill my tank. read more

Its the gas station by my house. First time getting a car wash. The process of getting the discounted gas with the wash is way to complicated. The workers are pretty rude, bad customer service. I was trying to break a $100 bill so I could tip the washer. The cashier had get approval from the manager or boss, who cares, and he gave me all 20s. I asked to break the 20s down and the boss rudely asks me "What are you doing" and gives me an ugly stare. The wash was crappy. Nothing special. They missed my cup holder!! Because it was closed covered? Idk. The also didn't clean my rims well. The got all the grooves except the one on top of the wheel. Basically they only wipe what they see. Two stars for the washers that are trying to earn a living. The management and customer service is poor. read more

This is a combination gas station, mini-mart and car wash. I was recently at this establishment getting fuel and a car wash. While I was there I lost a Kershaw, Ken Onion folding knife. I this knife has been a nearly constant companion for ~18 years. Not only is it a great knife but it has many memories attached to it. When I realized it was gone I mentioned to my wife that had lost it and it had to be gone as I didn't think that anybody finding a quality knife in great shape would turn it in. I was going out of town for about 6 Days and just knew it was gone. A call to Circle K yielded no turned knives in the lost and found. Case closed. When I returned from my trip I stopped by Circle K on a long shot to see if after 6 days it was at all possible that an honest person turned it in and furthermore the staff would hang on to it for all those days. Low and behold my knife was not only there but was locked in the safe waiting for the owner to describe it and to claim it. I can't thank the honest person who turned in my knife to the people at Circle K that hung on to it until I showed up to claim it. This place is still crappy as hell. The three women working behind the counter (and mind you one is a shift manager) have managed to go full tard on me. I've asked for change for a $20 so I could tip the guy that's washing my car. You would have thought that I just asked them to perform open heart surgery, or deploy a unmanned rocket to Mars. I have taken my car to this car wash many times since the station opened. I have never been overly thrilled with the work of the employees at the car wash, but I take my car there for convenience. Sometimes I've been sort of satisfied with the results, but mostly, not all that satisfied. Today was the most dissatisfied I have ever been. I purchased the #2 car was and it appears the only service performed was the initial rinse and vacuum. The exterior was not cleaned well at all, and the interior, well, was a joke. I didn't notice until I returned home and ended up using Armor All on the entire interior and going over the exterior again. It was ridiculous! I will never use the car wash service again! read more

My whole family comes here for carwash like 4-5 cars and we always get the basic carwash package but this time I decided to go with a little higher package and boy oh boy I regraded as soon as I approached Mr Big Shot blue shirt. He gives me irritating look like I owe of him some sort of gratitude for his attitude. I could of wash my own car in front of house for free but today I decided give this people the business and they performed poorly in cleaning my vehicle. Decided to take my dad's car to get washed here (as opposed to the place I usually take it) as this place is right around the corner from our new house. Big mistake! First of all, the entrance to the car wash isn't very obvious, the signs pointing to it are confusing, and I accidentally drove in the wrong way! Secondly, I had wanted to receive a gas discount for the car wash, but the guy said that I could only receive a discount if I got the full wash as opposed to just the exterior which I had paid for. And lastly, the wash took a lot longer than it should have, and I was waiting for a long time. Plus I didn't like the fact that I couldn't stay in my car during the wash. And to top it all off (no pun intended) the employees really aren't that friendly. What more can I say? This place sucks! Never coming here for a car wash again. read more

This place is pretty big with a staff that can clean cars pretty fast from what I observed. Gas is moderately priced, squeegees all around to clean your windows and a Circle K for you munching needs. They keep it very clean too. read more

The fact that you have to give a star at all is too bad. To say the people working there were dumb as rocks is an insult to rocks everywhere! The car wash took forever and was done by a person that I swear didn't have a pulse! But he was walking so I have to imagine there was some coherence there but doubt it. The people inside couldn't figure out how to make change for a $20. He tried 3 times and I finally said forget it. The fact this place is still business has to be attributed to their great location. This review is based on my experience on 07/21/18 at approximately 1130am. I parked my vehicle at pump #3 and walked inside. Upon arrival there was about 5 people in line and one cashier. After waiting 8 minutes in line I spoke with Daniel. I explained to Daniel that I wanted a car wash along with filling up my vehicle with fuel and I'd like to take advantage of the $.20 off per gallon if still available. The last time I was here I got a pretty good deal on gas (I think it was $.20 off a gallon if you purchase a car wash). Daniel seemed confused about what I was trying to accomplish and told me to go fill up at pump #3 and then go to behind the building to the car wash area, get the car wash receipt and bring the car wash receipt to him. I figured that he'd take the $.20 off per gallon on the car wash bill. Fast forward to the car wash being completed (my car looked great and was pretty fast even though they had a long line). Again, I waited in line for another 7-8 minutes because there was only one cashier (Kim) as Daniel wasn't there. As the line grew, Kim had to ask Daniel to come up and help her. Upon arrival to the register Kim helped me. I explained that I got gas and a car wash and I wanted to receive the $.20 off my bill per gallon. She was unable to do that on the car wash bill, she went on to say that I needed to pay for the car wash first and then I would be able to receive the discount. I left upset that I was given the wrong info. This is literally over a few dollars, this is not about the money but over the poor communication and poor customer service issues I experience almost every time I come here. I guess there is really nothing wrong with this gas station. The car wash is great, the food and drink selection is pretty good, and the gas prices are usually reasonable. So your question might be, why did I give it only three out of fives stars? The reason is simply I can't imagine being so impressed by a gas station that I give it anything over three stars. My go to for gas and car wash. I have never had to wait in line for gas and the flow is nice. In-Out. The car wash so far has been great. They work hard and always do a decent job. Only thing I would suggest is that they have more of a nicer seating area outside while you wait. read more

Moderately irritating car wash experience followed by a an EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL phone conversation with an EMPLOYEE NAMED CHRIS claiming to be in charge... Went here for a car wash and got there at 3:45pm on a Tuesday. They asked which wash I wanted like normal and I went in to pay. I then sat down to wait and it ended up being over an hour before my car was ready. I also noticed upon pulling away that the side mirrors, inside (rearview) mirror and door handles had not been cleaned. I was tired of being there (after more than an hour) so I pulled to a pump to clean the side mirror myself and figured I'd call to let them know that after years of decent experiences I had a bad one considering the incomplete cleaning and ridiculous wait. When I called I asked for a manager and was told by "Chris" that he was in charge. I explained what happened and then following an awkward silence he responded in a rude tone to ask why I hadn't said anything as soon as I got in my car. He also said they would have told me of the wait when I dropped off the car. I told him I was not advised of the wait and wouldn't have waited if I had been. I also told him that I was tired of waiting and hadn't noticed all the flaws until on the road. Then following another period of silence he asked (again in a rude/condescending tone) what he was supposed to do. I said if he had gotten me a manager like I asked that they would/should know what to do and elaborated to say that a real manager would apologize for the bad experience. I also said I wasn't requesting anything, rather providing feedback as my past experiences (hundreds if not thousands of dollars spent there over the years) hadn't been that bad. I asked for his name and hung up, but after that interaction I have called and left a message with corporate and will also be calling back another day to see if there is an actual manager I can speak to. I will not be going back and would NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone else. Aside from the bad car wash, the store is not clean. Been coming here for years getting my car wash and for the first time I'm am truly disappointed in not only the conditions of my car upon completion but the customer service I received when I placed a call into the manager. Due to time restraints (I had to get to work) I was not able to bring my car back that day. When I finally returned I was offered a $3.00 discount and a meek apology and on top of that the ignorant comment of just don't tip!!!! WHAT!? What does not tipping the individual who actually cleaned my car correctly do for me....let along how unjust it would be for him. I went in to buy some snacks (tostados) because it's a quick bite to eat before going to work. I went in grabbed one, and found it to be cold. I wondered if the rest were, touched to feel if they were even warm, when the manager, Mike, came from around the corner and demanded, "what are you doing?" I responded after realizing he'd been watching the cameras, "your food is cold." "I cannot have you infecting all of the food." How was I suppose to know that a. the food was cold, and b. that so were the rest, and asked him this very question. he replied your not suppose to touch the food and asked me to leave the store and never come back again..... = 0 Some people have forgotten the meaning of customer service; however, I don't believe this dark skinned man with a outsider accent, even knows what American customer service is, or he would have asked what was wrong, instead of demanding what I was doing.....
