I have gone to this gas station for 6 years. Never had a problem until now. The current "woman" employee is extremely rude and refused to help me and my daughter on two separate occasions. Horrible gas station, extremely rude employee. If I could give zero stars or even a negative star it would be a more accurate rating. I will never go to this gas station again read more

Place is a joke .. some good people in there .. but even the manager seems like he hates his job.. fire him and let him be happy. I'm not joking either. Respectfully he doesn't seem like he wants to be there (the morning manager on Thursdays) .. I left the store feeling monotone. No enthusiasm.. Gas is usually overpriced. The fountain drink area is clean only part of the time. Older store with old looking small gray tile throughout the store. There are much better Circle K's and of course don't forget QT which is awesome! read more

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible! Over the past 10 years, my wife and I always fill up here with our Fry's rewards points. Numerous times, their "systems will be down" and we've made our peace with that. Today, while we were mid pump, our gas pump malfunctioned. We were receiving 90 cents off per gallon and had 13 more gallons to go. I went inside and the cashier was very friendly, but she had to get her supervisor, as she wasn't familiar with what to do. Her supervisor came out with an attitude and said, "there's nothing I can do." I insisted that there must be something and she stormed off. Then a tall gentleman in street clothes came out and just stood in front of me without introducing himself. I then asked if he was the manager and he said, yes. I explained the situation and he then very meekly said there's nothing he could do. I asked if I could hang up the pump, then restart and asked if they could credit me 90 cents off per gallon. He said, (with zero concern in his voice), "pumps malfunction all of the time, nothing I can do." I said, "no, nothing you will do." He then informed me this was above his pay grade. Oh really? So you're the store manager and you're not authorized to give a discount based on store error? Horrible guest service and if the owners are as bad as their employees and managers, I truly hope that this review costs them tons of business. The customer service is terrible. The older ladies that work there in the morning literally are more consumed with organizing cigarettes or god knows. A 79 year old red head carol Burnett tired and used up woman carded me for cigarettes. My birthday is in two days and I will be 28. She proceeded to ask me my address twice in which I left to go to another store to simply buy a pack of cigarettes. She was extremely condescending and rude and I frequent this place often when I drop my daughter off at school. Terrible customer service and extreme disrespect to be so old working at a gas station I would think you would have to enjoy that type of job. Won't be back!!! read more

Outside was nice and clean and so was store overall but the soda area and ice dispensers haven't been cleaned in days, full of slimy mold gunk, where's the health department when needed? Such a shame when your foutain area brings in customers. read more

Customer service here is absolutely horrible. The elderly lady that works the register is extremely rude and condescending almost every time I go into her line. Just today when I didn't hear her ask me something she told me that I, "Should go back to school and learn how to talk". This was no abnormal experience, as she has been rude to me, my mother, and multiple friends countless times before.
