So I called to tell them that your ranch is expired and you should probably do something about it. That way someone doesn't get sick. They told me that I could come in for a new salad and get a refund. So I get the new salad with the new ranch. Same problem; ranch is expired ranch is liquidly, my salad doesn't even have a lot of lettuce in it. And when I called the second time to address the problem their night manager Savannah just gave me attitude. When all I really wanted them to know is their ranch is bad and they should take care of it. And when I told the manager that she just gave me attitude saying that there was nothing that she could do. If this is the type of customer service that Kiowa drive-through has.
