He told her well they paid extra for the olives and she said no! That's too many. Olives are expensive. She started aggressively removing all but a few olives. I feel that the way we treat young people in what could be his first job could shape the way they feel about the work force and may push him away from working. Her behavior was rude and she lacked customer service skills. Not to mention that she was wearing a hoodie and in no way had the subway uniform on. The only way that I knew she worked there was that she was behind the counter. She could use some coaching on kindness, professionalism and customer service.
