I calmly asked where do I put in my phone number to save the money on gas. She made the 'ughhhh' sound again and said ' You gotta do that in here!' (Like I'm supposed to know with all the helpful instructions she gave me) (eye roll) Then slammed my items down and said 'have a good night', in thee most mockingly and sarcastic way possible. She also questioned the kid in front of me because he realized he didn't have enough money. She had the audacity to ask him, 'Why don't you?' As if it's ANY of her business!! EVERYONE there is amazing, I can't say enough, but tonight at midnight, a male staff member was clearly going through personal stuff. Not in a "treat customers bad" sense, just my sixth sense. He was awesome as per previous experience with him. I just wanted to find a way to celebrate this amazing human, and to thank him for being so kind. I'll sure it's due to different employees working, but I never paid attention to which one it is that is messing them up. The food is prepared well, although it takes a long time to get it. But it's busy, and they have mobile orders, so I understand the long waiting time. I can honestly say that since they've opened, Wawa has become a staple in our lives. (Oh, I forgot, their mobile app stinks! It constantly logs you out, and it takes a long time to load. But the app's performance isn't reflected in this location's review)

Plenty of places to park after you get gas to go into the shop. The station is always busy. The product is always fresh. It's convenient and well priced.

Then the screen told me to "pay inside" SO, I went inside, bought a drink and a few snacks and paid for my gas on my credit card. Then I walked back out to pump the gas, and the pump said it had already been pumped. I tried several time unsuccessfully to reset the pump to no avail. I went back in and asked what was the issue. The clerk said he didn't know, but it was showing that the gas had been pumped. It most certainly had not I said because my truck was still on empty and I had to get on the freeway ramp. He told me to go out and put the pump handle back into the pump and he would try to reset it. ~ NOTHING ! He wasn't going to do anything soo I made him call his boss. He explained the situation to his boss who told him to tell me "TOO BAD, there is nothing we can do!" I called the police and they said it was a civil matter and that I could "sue them" Against my will I pulled to another pump and used my card to put $10 in so I could get far enough down the road to fill up elsewhere {which this pump took the card} Not only was this TERRIBLE customer service, but their attitude made it even worse !

I noticed they also had other essentials available too. An additional pro of this store is that it's extremely clean and welcoming. It is a rarity to see. The only negative is that all Circle Ks still use Styrofoam coffee cups. After not drinking hot coffee from Styrofoam cups for awhile, you can really taste the unappealing chemical taste of it when you do use them. If they switch to paper, it would be great not only for the consumer, but for the environment as well.

People are very friendly and the bathrooms are clean if you're traveling, there's a place for you to walk your dogs. There's also a section for large motorhomes or trucks to come through to fill with diesel and then a separate section for cars to fuel up. Inside they do have some food which is not bad.
