I bought a sandwich and some water and got out of there. I will never return. In fairness to them, the place was surprisingly clean, well organized, seemed well managed. The staff seemed nice enough - just working hard to ring up all the people buying their tchotchkes.

I walked in planning to spend maybe 20 minutes max just to buy a few souvenirs, snacks, and a few things to take home to my kids and family. Shortly after I walked in, I was approached and told I wasn't allowed to be there because I came in a semi truck. I explained that I was only going to be inside for a few minutes to buy a few items, but I was told they would not allow me to purchase anything. I was also told, "Unfortunately truckers are not welcome." Those were his exact words. That was extremely disappointing to hear. Truck drivers are a huge part of what keeps this country moving. We deliver the products businesses sell every single day, including the products sitting on Buc-ee's shelves. To be told we're not welcome and not even allowed to make a purchase is sad and frustrating. Because of this experience, I will never return to Buc-ee's again, not even in my personal vehicle. I'd much rather spend my money at a truck stop or any business that welcomes everyone and appreciates the people who help keep America moving.

Idk what the craze is about this place, but IYKYK. We are finally getting one out here in Arizona, and it will open in Goodyear on June 22. Be that as it may, I won't be going until probably fall, lol. I'll most likely be making another trip to TX before then anyway. This location is large and fully stocked. The same classic Buc-cee's you know is full of everything from housewares to clothing, car accessories to freshly made brisket sandwiches ans everything in-between! Service was great, and the cashier was friendly. I didn't get a sandwich this time around, but I did grab a few bags of beef jerky. They're my new favorite snackie! I chose the Texas Cheesesteak Burrito. It was DELICIOUS!!! I also grabbed a case of water because hydration is key and a bag of glazed cashews because I wanted to. lol The employees are so friendly. The store has so many items to choose from and of course enough gas pumps for everyone. I must stop at Buc-ee's at least once when in town.

He's overall a very nice person and it shows that he really cares about his community. for instance, one of my favorite products got discontinued, but he always kept an eye out for it and always try to order it. When I walk to the store he'll have some sort of product that might resemble he evrn went as far as to show the book of products to see if he can find it and order some. And when it's dark, he'll make sure we get your car safely by looking through the window making sure no one gets you. So we love going to this gas station and we won't ever stop.

My elderly mother lost her phone there about a month ago and this girl not only brought it to the back and called my sister from it, but she charged my mothers phone for her!! The prices are high, but that's normal, for a convenience store. Recently, I bought milk there, but I made the mistake of not requesting a receipt. It went bad, quickly, several days before the printed expiration date, and they refused to return my money. The gas is Texaco, which is usually my first choice. However, they have neglected to take care of the pumps, and they're usually full of cobwebs, with screens that are hard to read.
