Oil change took way to long. Did not have oil change sticker. Did not reset service light on bmw.

I have told my wife not to go back to this place for years. YEARS. The last time my car went here, they cracked my windshield after telling my wife my brand new rain-x windshield wipers were worn and needed to be replaced. Then they called the police on me for leaving a bad review, after they argued with me when I called them, because they're garbage people. This opinion was further reinforced by the owner emailing me and offering to send me a $5 check to cover the damages. I was cordial at the time, because I'd just had to talk to two detectives at work, and I just wanted the guy to stop harassing me. Well, she went back, and some jack*** pseudo mechanic there slammed the hood to her car so hard it broke the grill tabs, and the grill came flying off the car while she was on 105 with our two youngest kids in the car. "Hate" is not a strong enough word to describe how I feel about this useless, trash location, and JL as a business these days. You people are genuine, true garbage. read more

Update! Took my car to my AMAZING normal inspection facility, and guess what? It passed! But they did let me know that I have oil leak, should change my oil soon and should also change my windshield wipers. Jiffy Lube mentioned NONE of this, just took my $25.50 and let me know my tint failed. Such a scam. read more

Declined cabin air filter replacement and decided to do it on my own. Upon replacing the filter, I noticed that the staff had put my old filter back incorrectly and bent it on both sides. They said they didn't offer brake inspection/services when I got my tires rotated. When going over the costs, the tech stated that my manufacturer recommends brake fluid exchange every 10,000 miles and that offer it there for X amount (even though he stated prior that they don't offer brake services). They never even took a test strip (at the minimum) to see if this was actually needed at this time. I will NOT be returning. read more

Spoke with Jordan over the phone and assured me he could get my vehicle serviced for an oil change . He told me of course he could get it done .... I arrive at 5:41pm ....and the guy tells me yeah can service it but it's gonna be 1 hour to 1 hour an half .... For an oil change ? I mean for goodness sakes that is an absurd time ! Jiffy lube was my first job ever ...and by no means have I ever told someone it's going to take an hour or 1 hour and half ? Come on Jordan those times are unacceptable for an oil change ! frustrated! my wife's vehicle has been problem fred ever since she bought it, until she took it here for an oil change. the next day when she left home i noticed an oil leak on the driveway. she took it back to jiffy lube and they got defensive saying it couldn't be anything they did. she finally convinced them to check and they said the new oil filter was crushed, but it wasn't their doing. they did end up replacing it, but now it leaks more oil than before. she took it back again, after more investigation, the manager said he pin pointed the leak and it couldn't have been anything they did. so we took it to a mechanic and had it repaired. I would give this location 5 stars if we were rating on service alone, but since there is personal attention or an atmosphere consideration, they lose a star. There is no wifi, even though the web site says there is, and the waiting room needs some work. The mats are dirty, maybe need to be washed out and disinfect them vacuumed. They used to have a sign with costs that is gone, the trim at the tile base us coming off and the old paint can be seen underneath. read more

They were thorough, professional and efficient. They completed the inspection with time to spare. This Jiffy lube is the worst one in Conroe. I took my Rav4 to get the signature service oil change and other than the oil change , that's all I got. When I decline to pay extra to have the air filter changed & the coolant topped off for 4.99 I guess they decided they wouldn't do anything else. When I got it home i had to top off all the fluids that Jiffy Lube said they had done which was part of the signature service but in fact had not. Words can not express my dissatisfaction with this place. Service Tech really, REALLY pushed hard that my car needed so many repairs that my oil change was $140 AFTER his wink-wink hook up. It was the most ridiculous price I've heard since that guy was charging $20 for bottled water during Hurricane Harvey! I tried to play it cool but my face must've betrayed me. He whispered, WHISPERED, he'll take another $5 off. Whatever dude, just shoot the price for the most basic oil change offered. It was still $75 for a 2015 Nissan Altima! I can't do that. I went to this Jiffy Lube thinking that I could get my inspection on my truck done fairley quickly. When we arrived we were met outside and the guy told us we had one vehicle ahead of us and it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour. After 1hour my truck was still sitting outside in the same spot. It was not brought into the shop until 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once they inspection was finished they parked it outside and never came in to let me know it was finished. I had to catch someone and ask if I could take my vehicle. The whole process took just shy of 2 hours for a vehicle inspection. Our company has alot of fleet vehicles and we will not be returning to Jiffy Lube. read more

Came for state inspection. They never mentioned possibility of long wait due to machine not working right. They didn't even mention it directly to me, but instead I over hear staff saying in. My car is back there now at over an hour! Staff is ignoring customers. Never have I experienced this at a Jiffy Lube. New to area and will not be back to this location. read more

I have been to this location a couple of times and have always received excellence service. Staff is very friendly and informative.

So 20 minutes in wait time at this Jiffy Lube translates to more than an hour...and I haven't even been checked in. Perhaps it because I mentioned Groupon. Eventually the car is pulled in and one of the mechanics has the hood up and is doing something....yet no one has still talked to me. There is no previous oil change information in the window. I finally have to approach the check in guy and address the situation....and he tells me he's checking me in right now! How can you check me in without talking or approaching me. His response...well you want an oil change don't ya. Towards the end of the check in process he was then adamant they sell more than oil changes. This is the oddest "not 30 min" oil change I have ever tried to have done. Avoid this Jiffy Lube unless you have time to waste and you don't want anyone to talk to you.
