For almost three years I've trusted this shop with my truck, and I genuinely appreciate the manager. She stays on top of everything and runs a tight operation. Last month, though, I was disappointed. Three guys were working on my truck when a businessman pulled up in a big 3500. Suddenly everyone shifted to his vehicle. I could not help but wonder if it was because I am a woman. I stepped out, looked under my hood, and asked, "Are we done here?" They said no and quickly came back to finish my service. I value the work they do, but I hope in the future all customers are treated with the same priority and respect. read more

If I could give this place 0 starts I would! Twice now I have tried to get an oil change at this location but each time I am turned away because "my oil plug is leaking". Their evidence is caked oil around the plug. The first time I took it back to my previous provider they verified the oil levels weren't low and they changed the plug. I also monitored where I park my vehicle and I have never found oil stains. This time however after they turned me down again, I went home to verify what they claimed and when I looked under my vehicle I found one of their technician had tagged my vehicle "Fake 5"! If this is how they treat potential customers vehicle's I'm glad they didn't service me. Who knows how poorly they service other customers once they've already duped them into buying their sorry excuse of an oil change. read more

My wife stopped in there to have her oil changed right after we moved here. Apparently this location is now under new management and the couple how now run this business had just began. The good news is that the technicians were all very precise and professional. Everything was checked and double checked to make sure everything was correct. My wife stayed in the car as they performed her oil change and they were very quick about the change. No complaints here. The only thing is Valvoline is a bit on the pricey side. A little over a $100 for an oil change. Seems a bit on the high side to me, but perhaps this is the going price now a days. Personally, I haven't paid over $60 for an oil change from my mechanic. Other than the price, we were very happy with the service that they performed. read more

I was there, because the cover of my motor was falling off they help me to fixed while I was there, another customer did his oil change and Mrs Adriana , (Service Center Manager) mention that he was carrying the wrong filter for his truck, immediately I notice her comments then I ask her how long she is been working there and she said 22 years, so she must love her job, so I told her that I really admire a person that care about customers. So they did an amazing job to my car also mention that I need to take my car to check the oil leaks , so I have to be aware of it, thanks to her and her staff. read more

So much for 4.6 Avg star. Adriana Is. A BIG LIAR. Had my oil changed Friday(last car of the day). Sunday evening I hear a dragging sound from my front. MUCH to my surprise MY Skid plate was folded under and dragging. My Husband Called Adriana and explained the situation. Told her we will be taking it somewhere to be repaired. She wanted us to drive back to look at it(Madisonville 50-60 miles) not happening. Although I can understand since MANY people want to defraud companies with false claims. While I'm not willing to drive to her, I offered to make my vehicle available for her to come and inspect, she declined "Oh no". We left it we would have where ever we take it call her directly for payment. 2 mins later she calls back tells my husband that she told me there was screws missing. THAT is a Blanton LIE! Never not once was I told there were ANY issues at all with my CAR. So GO here knowing IF you have an issue THEY WILL NOT stand behind their work....YOU have been WARNED. Been coming here for the last 6-7 years and the price has pretty much stayed the same ,but today my wife came home with a bill of almost $100 when I never paid more than 60 the years before ... I honestly think they jacked the prices up because of covid 19 ,but I honestly think that's illegal ... how is oil prices the lowest it's ever been and I'm getting charged almost double ? Anyone from there would explain why the price almost doubled ? They have had my business for so long and they know us, so why would they charge my wife that amount even tho oil is as cheap as it's ever been? Truly disappointed and they just lost a customer for over 6-7 years .... I understand that it has been rough lately but it's rough on everyone ... I'll be asking the BBB if this is illegal and go from there ... have all the receipts from the past 4 years .... we shall see how this goes read more

I have a company vehicle and usually am in a hurry to when I have to get my oil changed. I have used Valvoline Instant Oil Change on several occasions and they have never let me down. This place is family ran and no one at the shop speaks English I went for an oil change they spilled oil all over my motor and charged me an extra oil fee of $5.00 when I went to leave my car wouldn't start because of the spilled oil on the motor after denying they did it for 30 min. They eventually wiped all the connections down and it started right up very inexperienced I don't recommend you come to this shop unless you want oil all over your motor inexperienced staff. manager is rude and unprofessional read more
