This has become our go to spot! It's not even the closest Jiffy Lube to us. They are upfront about everything, and do a great job of explaining and showing any extras they feel need to be done. They have always gotten us in and out, and their customer service has always been exceptional. We have had the pleasure of Jordan helping us a few times now and she goes above and beyond to help us. We've now decided we will be calling beforehand just to make sure she is there! Oil changes, car inspections, and anything else they can do- we prefer to go here. I came in and asked them to look at a brake leak I was informed that my brake caliper was bad and needed to be replaced as well as my brakes and rotors. I expressed that I could complete my brakes myself. The manager/ assistant manager Steve informed me that the only way they could fix it was to do it all at once. After looking at the vehicle they said it would cost $700. He was irritated explaining the work that needed to be done (now I did ask him to explain it a few times in detail so I could truly understand) . After telling Steve that I needed to consider the work that needed to be done. He insisted that if I wasn't getting work done he needed to move my car. The overall service I received and treatment I received is the reason that I did not get my car serviced at this jiffy lube and to make matters worse Less than a mile down the road they were able to do the same job for $350 which is half of what I was quoted. I would not recommend this place to anyone read more

We've been taking our vehicles here for almost 4 years. The service is fast and the staff is friendly and professional. Once your vehicle is in their system they help you know when the manufacturer's recommended maintenance is. But they are never pushy. If you say you want to wait, they don't try to make you buy it. If you do have them do some extra stuff (like air filters) they will almost always cut the cost. Also, you'll get regular coupons in the mail to make regular maintenance cheaper, and also inspections. Even if there are vehicles in front of yours they get you in and out quickly. They have coffee and water in the waiting area while you wait. There is a restroom in the lobby as well, but it's a tight fit to get in. If you need regular maintenance this is a great place to go! Hundreds of dollars cheaper than the dealer. read more

I come here every time my vehicles need any kind of work done. I appreciate that the staff does not push me to purchase services they don't think I need, and are all very kind and respectful. They're also super quick. Update - my car battery was out about a month ago - absolutely dead. I called these guys and they brought a brand new battery to my house, installed it, and stuck around to make sure it was working. I sincerely appreciated them doing that, as I don't think it's part of their usual service. Thanks again guys! read more

I wish I could give Stephen 10 stars. He went above and beyond to help me today. I took my car in for a routine oil change. It broke down on the way home. He came all the way to where I was and fixed it, it turns out it was just a little dust on a sensor! It was 100 degrees out and he stood there until he figured it out. He was awesome!!! I absolutely would NOT recommend this Jiffy Lube unless you want to turn around the next day and have to spend $380 at the dealership to get your car fixed from things they broke. Also, if you want to have items out of your car stolen than this is the spot for you! read more

Came here for oil change and state inspection. When I pulled up there was two cars in the bay and me! Man they work fast here! As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by someone which was nice! I see they value customer service here! I had originally tried to go to Midas but they turned me away! That's ok I found a good place where they are fast, friendly and they actually care about customers! The gentleman that pulled my car in even walked me to the lobby and opened door! I have been going to the Honda dealership for my oil change. But they kept screwing up my oil filter and there so called multipoint inspection was a joke. So I went today to Jiffy Lube. It was the best experience I've ever had. Top notch customer service. Christian and his crew were just the best. Taking the time to explain what was needed and no pressure to purchase unneeded services. They really set the bar for oil change services and more. The manager, Ryan, at the conroe jiffy lube is absolutely outstanding. I've been taking my cars there for years for oil changes. It is always quick and done very well, not to mention affordable. I am pregnant and bought an SUV during coronavirus to fit my growing family. I was SO nervous to go get my car inspected. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I stayed safe, wasn't near anyone, didn't have to touch anything and that the employees touched very minimal on my car. This location messed up my car. After having my oil changed 3000 miles went buy and my car started acting funny. Drove it for a little more and it completely died on me. Pulled it over and piped the hood. Pulled the dip stick, cleaned it, then put it back in to check it. When I pulled it out there was no oil at all. Called my dad and brother to come help assess the situation only to find out there is a cracked and loose filter. We hand tightened it,went in my dads car to get oil to put into it so that I may take it back here. Upon arrival I explained the situation so the workers told me they'd check it out. Couple minutes go buy they flag me out saying that they didn't find any leaks. I told them that we had hand tightened the filter back and that it was cracked. They told me they didn't see one so just to be safe I had an oil change while I was there. Next day I go to start my car up and it knocked super bad for a bit and then died. Called the location to let them know and was told to take it to the dealership where the damage could be looked at and that if everything was proved to be a issue from oil that they'd take car of it. I do as instructed but as a few days go by I never hear anything. Called the dealer and was told they haven't been able to get ahold of this location. Couple more days go by I call again and the dealer said that they still haven't heard anything. I call this location to get some answers only to find out that they need a parts list with cost of parts and total listed to send to GM. I call the dealer back to let them know the info and so they got it for me in another day or two. I drop it off at this jiffy lube so that everything can move forward. Called the next day to see progress and was told they are waiting for the GM to contact the insurance company to sent inspectors out. As another few days went by I call the dealer to check up and he says he hasn't been able to get ahold of this jiffy lube. The one time they did they were hung up on. I was also informed that they haven't seen an inspector of anyone come in to view the damage to determine if they were at fault. So I decide to call here again only to be told that they can't be found at fault and that my car isn't going to be payed for buy them. (Mind you the total of parts and labor is 8 thousand dollars not including what I was paying for a rental car as this was my only vehicle). Now with that being said I will never return here or any other jiffy lube. When I had my oil change & inspection I was in & out within 30 mins. Even though this location is not the closest to me, I always come here because my car will receive the best care & the customer service is always impeccable. I refer everyone I know here. The lady at the front, Christie, didn't honor my Groupon for Signature Service Oil Change With Rain-X Treatment. Instead, she applied its face value ($25) as a gift card and I ended up paying extra $45 on top of what I have already paid through the Groupon. The groupon says additional fee for synthetic oil, well I expected that, but not additional $45! I asked the same lady if they did RAIN-X treatment as promised in the Groupon, and she assured me they did. Well, when I got to my car I noticed they didn't even clean the windows as its states on the receipt, neither did they apply any RAIN-X to it. Long story short, if you're a female and have no idea about car mechanics don't take your vehicle there unless you want to be treated as an idiot.. read more

The women inside at the desk was on the phone loudly complaining about her co-workers with several customers in the waiting area. Very unprofessional. Ended up leaving, driving 2 miles away to another business that was actually much busier and still greeted me with a water, acted professional and got my vehicle right in and out. read more

I've gotten all of my oil changes at Jiffy Lube locations and I have always received excellent service. So when I came to this location I expected to be treated as well, this was not the case. There were cars in the bays but none waiting outside. I pulled up and rolled down my window waiting to be greeted and asked what service I was needing. This never happened. I saw a woman (Christy) inside the bay look directly at me and then go about her business. I figured they were busy, no big deal. So I parked and went inside. There were two others waiting in the lobby. I sat down and the woman, Christy, came in the lobby and began to talk to one of the customers who turned out to be one of her friends. I know this because she started talking very unprofessionally in front of me and the other gentleman waiting. Christy then walked out of the lobby without greeting me or telling me they would be right with me. I sat there for 10 minutes before deciding to walk out, while Christy walked in and out of the lobby three times and each time said nothing to me. I have never been to a place that would stand for such disrespect for its customers. I will never return to this location, and I suggest that you do not either. The one on 336 is top notch and was the complete opposite of this location. With that location just up the street, why waste your time and money being disrespected. read more
