(I had previously purchased a $1 pack of frosty coupons around Halloween). We pulled into the drive thru line and there were 3 vehicles ahead of us. We waited and waited and waited. Moved up one car and waited some more. We finally pulled out of line because it was taking way too long. Last visit, we pulled into the drive thru line again. This time 2 cars were in front of us. After a lengthy wait, we made it to the ordering kiosk. The lady was confused by my question about the free frosty and just told me to pull ahead. We ordered a vanilla frosty and a chocolate frosty. Unfortunately, they ran out of chocolate. She claimed the were really busy that day. (Sigh) I feel like whenever we come here, we have a huge wait, despite not having a big line.... Which is why we rarely come here. The McDonalds by 288 ALWAYS had a line that wraps around the building, resulting in a lengthy wait but it's evident WHY.... because they have TONS of customers. WHY does it take so long here when they don't?
