Traveling through Florida on my way to Bonita Springs, and I searched Yelp for a fast casual place…read more 3 Pepper Burrito came up. I arrived just after they opened at 10:30 am. The restaurant was very clean (I would hope so as they had just opened) and the dining area was attractive and brightly decorated. My burrito was excellent. although I had planned on ordering a black bean burger burrito but ended up with just a vegetarian burrito. When the employee asked first my protein choice and I said, "Black bean burger" he seemed confused and said he didn't think they had black bean burgers as a protein choice. I pointed at the menu where it was clearly listed as a protein choice, but he just mumbled something that I didn't understand and shook his head. So I just ordered a burrito with rice, pinto beans, corn, tomato, cheese salsa and guacamole. I began to suspect that maybe the employee was new, because he had a lot of trouble folding my burrito and finally had to start over with a new tortilla. Actually I can't fold a burrito properly either so I'm not complaining, just noting that he seemed to be new. The ingredients were all fresh and tasty. I also got chips and salsa and chipotle ranch sauce. My food was better than Chipotle with more choices. I would definitely return here.

Once we got three words out of them, they were slightly pleasant. The food was good, but not great. I loved the nachos, but my husband says the burrito was just okay. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, so there is the extra star for that. Service goes a long way, not a great start for a first visit.

Stopped by after a long shoe shopping trip. This place is in a very busy area , so you would think…read moreit would be crowded as it's relatively new, but I was the only one there until I was about to leave and then two other diners arrived. The reason for its lack of patrons is definitely due to how difficult it is to get in and out of the parking lot. It is close to a traffic light and NOBODY will let you in OR out. Florida is not known for its friendly drivers. Asked the young man what his favorite item was and he couldn't say one thing. Not necessarily a good sign. I kept prompting him and he finally said the fish taco but I'm honestly not sure he had eaten anything there. Lol, he kept looking at the other staff like " Come and help me here." So I got two fish tacos and a cheese and beef burrito with green sauce. For some reason their menu was difficult to read due to lettering size. So I AI'd it and that's what they told me to try. Fish taco was a good fast food taco. Nice crunchy fish and cole slaw. They are not Weight Watcher friendly. Burrito was a burrito. Plain ( minimal green sauce) and too much cheese. Not a fan. Their own packaged hot sauces were tasty. The place and its bathroom was spotless. I liked the fact that they employed both young people and senior citizens. If I return I will have read the menu at home so I can make better choices.

The fries were lukewarm and didn't taste good. Krinklecut. The burger tasted like a big Mac but without pickles. It was ok. The beef they use in the tacos and the burritos is very salty and we did not find it good. The one highlight of the food was the chicken taco that was in one of the boxes, it was not that bad. I will probably not be returning this really isn't our kind of food. It was clean and new inside and the tea was good, but other than that what we had is not agreeing with us.

This Chick-fil-A has turned the surrounding plaza into a traffic nightmare and an everyday safety…read morehazard. If you go anywhere near this place during peak hours, expect customers to stop dead in the middle of the roadway while waiting for the drive-thru. No pulling aside. No common sense. Just cars sitting in active lanes blocking entrances, exits, and connecting roads. If you're not even there for Chick-fil-A, congratulations -- you're trapped. I've watched drivers stuck with no way to exit, traffic backing up in every direction, and people forced into risky moves just to escape the gridlock. Horns start going off because there's literally nowhere to go. The most frustrating part? Management. When things get bad enough that drivers are laying on their horns, managers sometimes come out -- and instead of clearing the road, they side with the Chick-fil-A customers blocking traffic. That leaves everyone else stranded and just adds fuel to the fire. This isn't a one-off problem. It happens over and over again, and the business clearly knows it. They just don't care. There's no real traffic control, no mitigation, and no concern for anyone who isn't in their drive-thru line. Good food doesn't excuse reckless operations. This location is inconsiderate, poorly managed, and a menace to the surrounding area.

Friends rave about this place. I finally had a chance to go. I called because open table has zero…read moreavailability. The hostess answered and she told me I could have a table for one at 7:15! Ok! I got dressed up and walked over there. My table was ready on time; it was in the lounge area of the restaurant. They offered me the table or said I could sit at the bar. I opted to sit at the bar. The bar was almost full but people were leaving. Apparently people eat early there. The bartender was swamped but smiled and got me a glass of water. Soon I had menus. I like that they have a regular menu as well as a specials menu, including the usual cocktails and some special cocktails. I ordered the conquest, which seemed like a twist on an old fashioned. They offered bread or focaccia bread, I declined. And heads up- bread service is not included. It's an up charge. Normally I don't care but I was having dessert, not bread. I had the halibut special. It was phenomenal. One of the guys from the kitchen dropped it off and asked if I needed anything'- I replied salt. I find that I need salt often at restaurants. They brought the salt out real fast! I had a bite and determined it didn't need any more salt- it was perfectly salted! Woohoo! Fantastic. I ate my whole dish and then I savored my cocktail. The bartender wasn't much for conversation , as she was very busy, alone, covering the entire bar and drinks for the whole restaurant. She did invite me to try dessert, and mentioned a coconut cream cake that was not on the menu. I agreed to it and it was heavenly. Seemed like cheesecake icing with fluffy layers of cake and subtle coconut flakes throughout. The chocolate ice cream was weird at first but then I realized it's like almond joy/ mounds - coconut and chocolate are often paired. The espresso crumble gave it a nice crunch and there was caramel all over the plate. Wow! I took the majority of the cake home. It was a large portion and indulgent. I paid my tab and finished my drink. I was not rushed. I would go back again. It's a bit pricey. The fish special was $58. The cocktail was $17 and the dessert was $16. So one person, who did not add on the bread service, was $91. It's expensive. I would emphasize you can probably get a seat at the bar if you can't get a reservation. Also- the entrance is hard to find. It's in the parking lot and not facing the main road. I got a little lost walking there. The signage is poor. I can't imagine going there the first time in the dark. So give yourself a couple extra minutes if it's your first time going there.
