They have celebrated our happy times and worried on our stressful times. Each of them always have a big smile on their face and welcomes me every single time and it creates a welcoming vibe in the store. The overnight guy is a different story. He is rude, doesn't listen, there has been a ton of times I have asked him for something quite a few times and he will still get the wrong item. It's because he's either talking to someone on the phone or his attention is focused on the video he's watching, and gets aggravated when a customer needs to be checked out. The vibe in the store isn't welcoming or happy. He has also been very disrespectful regarding my 4 year old special needs daughter but I'm going to end my review there

I also asked if they had Pennzoil platinum EURO 0w-20 they told me yes and they would put it in for me. Welp turns out they put Pennzoil Platinum 0w-20, so now if I ever have any engine problems my vehicle warranty could be voided.

He asks for my ID, and I hand it to him. He makes sure to take his time looking over the ID, fair enough, then asks me to confirm my date of birth, then asks to confirm my name, then takes some more time looking at it. Finally after almost a full minute of staring at the ID, he hands it back and I check out. Just a bunch of angry dudes who shout Hindi at you and don't appreciate your business. There's about 500 other gas stations on Riverstone, you're better off with any of those.
