Social distancing was being observed, and people were following the rules. With the current coin shortage I was willing to fore-go the fifty cents change, but the person manning the till insisted she give me my change. Not an issue, and I was able to use some of it later on. Outside, I found that there was really no place to sit... no park benches or anything. I really needed to rest, so sitting with my back to the wall around the side of the building was all I had. Entrance into the station is a bit odd, as both entrances are off of side streets and not from the main road.

The biggest downfall of this gas station is that it is simply price too high. They are counting on people being too lazy to drive a mile or so down the road to Highway 1 and get gas for about a dime less per gallon. Inside of the location has the usual convenience store items. If it is busy, there is really nowhere to wait without blocking someone else. Second, the pumps are a bit on the slow side. Third, there is also absolutely no room to drive around on the south side of the pumps. If you're the second car in that line, you have to wait until the first car pulls out. If you're lucky like me, it'll be a Ford F250 that pulled in just ahead of you, running on fumes, filling up the whole tank with the aforementioned slow pump. (And if you're really unlucky, they'll leave the truck parked there while they run into the convenience store to go to the restroom!)
