I'm not one to blame the staff as I know how little these people are being paid and how often they are being asked to cover low staffing numbers with less people and more work for the same pay. I blame Bojangles in general for their mostly universal mediocre to bad service. Most of the locations I go to have people who are friendly and want to do well but they are either understaffed or under-supported. In front of all the guest ‍ I paid for my order, watched the employee walk in to the prep area and stared working. I began listening to the rumbling within the restaurant among the customers. Several walked out, several asked for refunds, several orders were placed on the counter but people had already left. There was a young man that did a mobile order and he shared he had been waiting for OVER 50 minutes I thought to myself, he must have a big order. So I asked--To my surprise, Nope 2 specialty tacos--two!! I could not believe it! The male manager was trying to get orders out, but he didn't appear to be very friendly. Overwhelmed I assume.
