Horrible!!! Where do I start...@5:54 pm I pulled Into the drive-thru there was 2 cars before me. The 1st car pulls up the the mic and than pulled off, the second car sat at the mic for over 5 mins, than pulled off. I pulled up and was told "our drive-thru is closed, if you want to place an order you need to come inside. So I drive around; as I am, I see 2 cars sitting at the drive thru window, waiting...ok. I drive around, park and get out of my car. In front of the door are 3 employees chatting, complaining and cussing; all with Taco Bell attire/uniforms on. I excuse myself and go inside to place my order. As I walk in I see 8 customers waiting. As I start to place my order @6:10pm A female manager of African decent yells at one of the employees that was outside the door "Oh you can go ahead and clock out, I am going to write a report & your fired!!" In front of all the guest ‍ I paid for my order, watched the employee walk in to the prep area and stared working. I began listening to the rumbling within the restaurant among the customers. Several walked out, several asked for refunds, several orders were placed on the counter but people had already left. There was a young man that did a mobile order and he shared he had been waiting for OVER 50 minutes I thought to myself, he must have a big order. So I asked--To my surprise, Nope 2 specialty tacos--two!! I could not believe it! The male manager was trying to get orders out, but he didn't appear to be very friendly. Overwhelmed I assume. Again he was trying. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant let alone a Taco Bell. WOW doesn't cover the shock. Walked into this location and looked like a great atmosphere. Hadn't looked up any reviews yet, because in the area House Shopping after church so stopped for dinner. Customer had just received his order and it had a small amount of meat in taco so once I received my order I checked mine. He was a Caucasian customer and his issue was rectified immediately with no problem as I checked mine it was the same very light meat so the employee goes to get the manager because I expressed the same problem as the customer before me. Of course I was told that that was the portion required per taco ( see pictures) well, eventually I asked that it be resolved or refund! Issue was resolved by giving me more meat WHY did we have to reach this level? Here we are 12/31/23 And it's still Discrimination!! GOD will deal with it!! Food was GOOD! ZERO STARS! Date of service 2/18/2024, 1825 hrs The absolute worst Taco Bell restaurant I have ever been to. This was an absolutely painful experience. What a S show. No joke...the lobby was full of unsatisfied customers from the drive through, customers who had been waiting for over thirty minutes in the lobby, and a ton of others who were given bags of food that didn't align with their order. I go to Taco Bell occasionally and I have had good experiences here! The staff are friendly and work hard (shoutout to our unsung heroes when I'm hungry at midnight). Sometimes the line can be a little slow late at night but that is to be expected when not many people are in the kitchen and they have to cook up fresh batches of food. I can't remember her name exactly *maybe Linayah* but she's super sweet and nice :) Honestly these reviews are so negative and we need a little more positivity in life, especially when people are doing what they can to get by. read more

Used the kiosk to order 2 Power Bowls-one with a few modifications. Order came out in reasonable time, was accurate, fresh, and hot. Counter employee was pleasant and VERY busy keeping up with orders, but mai gained her composure and pleasantness. Overall good TB experience. read more

They have a sign for the pizza hut connected that says hours of operation 10am - 1am. On a Saturday at 11:30am I tried to order & they said the pizza hut isn't open. We asked when they open & they said they just started prepping the dough & it takes 90 minutes... ON A SATURDAY! Wild. read more

We entered the restaurant and were immediately greeted by the cashier. He was very friendly. We ordered and sat down. The cashier brought us the two waters that we ordered along with our straws. He then delivered our food order to the table. Our order was correct. The food was what you'd expect from Taco Bell. A sanitation grade of 94.5 was posted behind the register. Delicious and good food fast. I'm so glad that we finally went there. It had been really bad but now it has been good.

The food is what you would expect from your typical Taco Bell franchise, something decent to eat when you're hungry but not the best taco you have ever had. Where this location falls short is the service. It's awful. 90% of the time when going through the drive through they get the order wrong or forget something in the bag. If you plan on going past 8pm just save yourself the drive because 9/10 times, literally 9 out of the last 10 times I have gone past 8pm I get the same response "our system is down and won't be back up for the next 15-20 minutes" either the system is completely trash or they just don't feel like serving anyone. It's worse than McDonald's ice cream machines. If it's after 8 go to a different Taco Bell or a different place in general. read more

They gave me the wrong order after I sat in line for over 10 minutes. This place has really gone downhill, sometimes they will tell you their system is down just because they don't want to make any food. Poor Management/Leadership We stopped in for a quick bite while passing trough. We ordered with a friendly cashier that rang in everything correctly. Our name was called and we took the tray to the table. I had ordered a soft taco supreme no lettuce, I got a regular soft taco. I go back to the counter and the Manager asked if I needed help. I respond by saying what I ordered and what I received was incorrect. She started walking away saying "well thats what was rang up", receipt in hand I said no it was rang up correctly. This is my local Taco Bell in my area. They've messed up my order many times and the customer service is AWFUL. After like 10 pm, they turn everyone away saying their "system is down." I stopped in for just a basic snack to hold me over until dinner as I had a late breakfast. Wanted to try the stacker, which is a sort of neat idea, cheap and not too filling. Tasted okay. First thing I noticed was that there were 7 people waiting with tickets to get their orders and no one at the counter. The guy in front of me walked out after several minutes. Then someone came to take my order. She also had an ear piece so I realized she was handling the front and the drive-in orders. It was about 12:45 on a week day so near the end of lunch hour. The drive-in lane was full. So the 7 folks ahead of me had to get their orders filled, plus the cars in the driveway. Long wait for one item. I realized that they were greatly understaffed for the volume of work they had. That is a sign of poor management, not a reflection on the workers. On the side of the food assembly line I could see, there was only one young lady working and she was working hard. The lady at the front with the earpiece was also multi-tasking as fast as she could. I left there a lot more sympathetic about raising the minimum wage for some jobs. read more

If I could give no stars I would. The staff was the most unprofessional I have ever witnessed. Cursing behind the line and being super obnoxious. There were children in there and they were speaking in such a horrible way. Another couple that was in there was waiting 45 mins for their food, when there were only 3 other customers in the restaurant. He simply wanted his money back since he was waiting so long and when asked for the manager, she yelled that she was busy making food and that he was going to have to wait. He proceeded to wait another 15 mins. As he was waiting he heard someone from the staff say "make the white man wait". The manager then proceeded to FINALLY come out and came at him with a VERY loud tone. A mother had to hide her child by the bathrooms so she wouldn't witness the confrontation. My wife and I went to this Taco Bell for lunch we ordered some nachos and a burrito. The burrito was not as good as the previous Taco Bell's I have visited and the nachos tasted like play-doh. I was also surprised to find that there was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom when my wife used the bathroom there. The place is not somewhere I'd recommend. Worst experience ever. Waited thirty minutes, with only two orders in front of us. Four things off the dollar menu, no special requests. In the middle of an eight and a half hour drive with three young boys and our dog, decided we couldn't wait any longer. Requested my money back.
