Let me just start by saying that Authentic Pakistani food is greasy, they do have oily puddle in their curry. That oily puddle deep or shallow is called "Taaree". If you ever visit Lahore, you gotta go to the andoronay Lahore, old Lahore basically and every small restaurant you will go to has some oily greasy side to it. All you gotta do it, pour it out or use paper towel to soak oil out of your dish. That's all. Pakistani/Indian dishes are not the healthiest kind but of course you can make any Desi (Pakistani/Indian/ Bangla) dish healthy if you make it at home, with very little or no oil. Or use coconut OR any other oil substitute. Ordering a take out is a treat for most of the population, so unless you are going to just settle with little bit oily dish then what's the point. Just grab a paper towel and get rid of the excess oil and still enjoy the Authentic Pakistani dish.
