You should definitely speak to the owner here as I saw her juggling 2 phones while speaking in many languages (English, Vietnamese, Spanish). However she can multi-task and still cater to me, helping me to order a part that fits my car perfectly. It is located in the plaza and there are ample of parking spaces. This store has been a lifesaver for my car and it seems that the owner has a lot of spaces and inventory to store a lot of parts. Most parts when ordered, will come within 2 days. They have the part, but it's priced higher. He checks with the other guy who quoted me the price, but that guy doesn't remember telling me original quote. They give me a discount, but it's still higher than what was said on phone. So you guys determine for me, whether they're purposefully doing a bait and switch and wasted my time. Or they're senile and can't remember anything. Either way, they need to all retire and shut down the business because it's just terrible all around.

It was a cargo master, and a very good quality rack. However it just did not look right on my Mercedes Metris. Sam took it back cheerfully and refunded my money. Last Saturday, I was scrambling again to get the inside of my work van done. Fam van parts department closes at 1 PM on Saturday. I came in for some transmission fluid and PJ in particular helped me determine the problem wasn't necessarily the transmission fluid.... It was more likely the Solenoids that were dirty cause my girlfriend drives like a crazy person everyday, all the time. PJ recommended Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner and it worked great cleaning up my girlfriend's Solenoids. Unfortunately PJ didn't have any advice on how I could get my girlfriend to stop driving like a bat out of hell but I'll still give him 5 stars cause he likely saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars taking it to a mechanic. I got a jump from a co-worker and drove straight to Pep Boys. This place was next door. I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly, knowledgeable, and nice guy named PJ. He had me pull up and tested my battery for free. Turns out it was bad. So I bought a new one from him and he installed it on the spot. Could not have asked for an easier, friendlier, or more hassle free experience. PJ is great at what he does and made me feel well taken care of. I will definitely come back. This place is great.
