While recently having company, the pool pump did not turn on as scheduled. Hank had upgraded the…read morecircuit breaker for me late summer 2023 to ensure I had the best breaker for the pump. I called him earlier this week when the pump did not turn on. He was at the house within 15 minutes and did an isolation to see what was trigger the breaker to trip. He isolated that it was the pump and I was able to have my pool service come out. They confirmed that my less than one year old pump was faulty and they quickly replaced the pump. Within 24 hours everything was back to normal. The initial fast response by Hank was the reason. Hank also handles any new electric projects that I have. Thank you again Hank for your fast action!

The owner took the lamp in back to look at and repair, in less than 5 minutes he brought it back ready-to-go; however, he charged her $25 plus tax. When she questioned him if why such a basic job cost so much he had no answer. He never gave her a quote, he just fixed it and charged an inflated rate. Most reputable repair stores would have tightened it for free, or charged a small service fee. There are plenty of family-run reputable electrical repair shops in the area, go anywhere but here! Horrible service, horrible owner, be warned!
