The cashier rang up the clearance and charged me for all 4 items. I pointed out that they were clearance items. She proceeded to tell me that even though they were in the clearance section and that they were 90% off their original price, the sign for the clearance section was directly over them and didn't say anything was excluded, they were not considered clearance.
