Many of us waited in line for over 5 hours after being told that those waiting outside would be given an opportunity to enter. Instead, people who were not in line were allowed in, cut ahead of loyal fans, and were able to take photos with OG while many of us who had waited all day were left out. The lack of organization, crowd control, and a fair system was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, the event was cut short, leaving many disappointed fans--especially children who had spent hours waiting--without the chance to meet him. Fans invested their time and trusted the process. Today, that trust was not rewarded. Dick's Sporting Goods could and should have done a much better job planning and managing this event.

Now almost 20 years later it's wild seeing how much this mall changed. New stores popped up and every square inch filled. It's not just a mall anymore- it's almost like a one-stop shop for everything. There's Stop & Shop supermarket, casual chain restaurants like Olive Garden, LongHorn and a few others, plus all the shopping you need in one place. For us, it works since we'll be living a few minutes away now and will be easy to slide on through real quick.

Cava was its most recent grand opening and I'm so happy they are adding healthy option places. There is always security present and walking the mall. During high peak season they don't hire extra help to sort any congestion in parking lots and security for extra added attention to detail. Cross county is great on holiday festivities and love food drink market they have throughout the year. Great Prices and safety while shopping is so important and I definitely feel safe shopping here. What resonated most with me is that, I was in dire need and Frank's employees could have shut the door and ended the sales for the day but they were kind enough to allow a small purchase of $24.99 to end the sales quota. No sales is to small to make a sale, they are a business that provides for its customers, no matter how much you spend. They are there for you, when you need them and that's why I keep coming back. They have uniforms, casual clothes, fishing and hunting gear, and sports equipment. There is not a better place to shop, I've been supporting Frank's Sports Shop since January 2003. I ordered the jersey on Tuesday and they told me that they needed to order the letters and I could pick ho the jersey on Saturday. I ordered the replica jersey with the name on it and then I called back to see if I could customize the jersey they told me it was going to be an additional 30 dollars to customize it so I figured I would go with the cheaper option. When I went in today they told me that the place they ordered everything sent them the authentic jersey so I had to pay the more expensive price. I asked them how it was fair for me to pay the higher price for a jersey that I didn't want because they messed up. After 30 minutes they agreed and sold me the jersey at the price I was quoted. If that was the end of the story I wouldn't be writing this review because it's pretty consistent with what I have experienced before at this store (being quoted one price and when I come in they try to charge me more) However they then told me it was going to be a 30 dollar charge for them to put the name on the jersey! If they said that originally I would have gotten the thing customized!! All in all really just horrible customer service. I wasted an hour of my life there even though I ordered it days in advanced and got over charged for something I was told there would be no charge for.

Staff are friendly and attentive. In terms of the merchandise, we don't do any sort of fishing/hunting or much hiking, so I can't speak to those items, but we've had luck in other parts of the store, especially in their men's section (sweaters, coats, flannel shirts, fleeces, etc). They carry a lot of Barbour products at this location. Items can be quite expensive, so I'd recommend going in during sales to save some money -- though I've never come across a significant blow-out sale at Orvis.
