Sounds like a good deal to me. We checked it out that night and I was really impressed. Golf simulators are state-of-the-art and the venue is really clean and well kept. One of the nicest, hardest-working men I've ever met. He built this business from nothing with just a little help from his friends when he was just a recent immigrant from South Korea. Our country could use more immigrants like him. So I can't understand the negative reviews. I guess one or two people have had bad experiences in this store, but they aren't typical and they don't reflect the philosophy and culture of the owner. I also read the store is closing. If so, I hope that means Mr.Lee has made enough to retire comfortably. He deserves it.
