I first called on 4/13 and spoke with Caroline, who was incredibly personable and transparent. She clearly explained the pricing structure: $475 if the digging to the tank cover didn't exceed three feet, and $50 for each additional foot beyond that. I really appreciated her honesty upfront--it's refreshing not to be surprised by extra charges after the work is done. She also let me know that a complimentary camera inspection would be included after the service, which added even more value. On the morning of 4/16, I called again because my wife likes to prepare meals and beverages for workers, and we wanted to know how many people to expect. I spoke with Yasmin, who was upbeat and friendly. She let me know that a crew of three would be arriving and that the service would take about two hours. She also updated me that the arrival window had narrowed from 8 AM-5 PM to 8 AM-noon, which was helpful for planning. The crew arrived later than planned (no big deal), led by manager Nate, supervisor Lance, and a trainee named Hector. It was clear right away that this team, assembled by their "big boss" Arelic, was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I had several questions--probably six or seven--and each one was answered thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. Nate even took the time to draw a diagram on his tablet to explain how the underground system works and what they would be doing. At one point, Nate had to leave for another job and confidently left Lance in charge. That alone spoke volumes about the trust and teamwork within the company. Lance did an excellent job leading the operation and ensuring everything ran smoothly. I also appreciated how he mentored Hector, making sure he followed all safety procedures and even offering him praise for his work. That kind of positive reinforcement says a lot about the company culture. Overall, I was 100% satisfied with my experience. I am aware of several businesses and residents in the high desert who have utilized their services and have shared similar negative experiences. They provide a quote of $6,000, commence the work, and subsequently inform you that the total cost will be another $9,000. What company operates in such a manner? The workers exhibited a greater interest in retrieving items such as, coins, and jewelry from the drains rather than effectively unclogging them. Despite incurring a total expense exceeding $15,000, the drains remain leaking, and the necessary unclogging has not been performed. I strongly advise against using this company. read more

I originally needed to replace a shower valve due to a mistake that was made during a bathroom renovation. Come to find out my house also needed a water pressure regulator. I decided to go with Cisneros Bros to do the job. At first it started off a bit rocky, there seemed to be a lack of communication that did not please me and a lack of a true plan as to how they were gonna fix the issues before starting. First they wanted to jack hammer a hole in my path way to install the regulator and not close the hole back up? I don't even know why they would recommend that because I don't know how I'd access the regulator again if I ever needed to without having to jackhammer my concrete again once I closed it up? Just didn't make sense. I was super stressed out. However, everyone collaborated together to install the regulator in a way that made more sense and allowed it to be more accessible for years to come. Shout out to DJ for coming up with a better plan because I was about to cancel everything. They gave me an invoice previous to coming to my home and then started saying I may have to pay $200-400 plus for other unexpected things that may occur when working with my 1970s shower valve. That wasn't the original plan and I wasn't okay with someone doing work on my house and not giving me a clear price. Thanks to Mike for stepping up and honoring the original invoice. Today's update: 4-2-2024 Let this be a warning! I have had several plumbers from this company come out to do work on my property since December 2023. Usually, their work is reflected in my Google reviews. Up until March 13th, I was quite pleased with their professionalism and ability to communicate throughout any issues. However, on March 13th, 2024, the company sent these two people out to find and repair a leak on my property. I will refer to these two as people rather than plumbers for the obvious reason of them lacking the required skills to distinguish such a title. These two came out, and with a great deal of difficulty, they found and repaired the leaking pipe. ( Supposedly ) Unfortunately, since I was not there on the property to check their work, I simply took their word. Fast forward almost 3 weeks when I came home. This is when I found out that these two people had cut the main pipe to my sprinkler system and left it like that. I guess they were not bright enough to realize that someone would eventually notice that the plants and grass were not getting any water. Once I saw the cut pipe, I immediately called Cisnero Brothers Plumbing to inform them of the issue. I was told they would get right back to me to schedule someone to come out. Nobody ever called me back. Instead, after about four days, I called them. It was at that point when I found out Gustavo Camejo had been the one who apparently came out on the 13th of March, and it was he who had cut the pipe. I then told Cisnero Brothers Plumbing that I did not want Gustavo to come back to fix the problem without having a supervisor watch over his work. So, here we are today... April 2nd, 2024 Cisnero Brothers Plumbing sent out Gustavo Camejo and a supervisor, Daniel Camejo. It was not until the two showed up at my property to do the work, that I was told by Daniel, both he and Gustavo were at my property on the 13th and that it was Daniel himself who made the decision to cut the pipe to my sprinkler system. Daniel explained that they were running out of time to finish the job, so that was the decision they made. I was not informed of this decision at any time prior to today.. I just happened to stumble across the damages they caused. So, Daniel and Gustavo worked on reattaching the pipe they originally detached and left. About 10 to 15 minutes after they left, I went outside because I heard water running. It was at that time when I saw my entire yard flooding. The water was shooting out of the same area that Gustavo and Daniel had just worked on. I immediately had to turn off the water main and call Cisnero Brothers Plumbing back to inform them of the latest issue caused by these two people. ( Daniel and Gustavo ) This time, when I called dispatch back to inform them of the issue, I got a very short conversation matched by a huffy attitude. Before I could even finish explaining the issue, the dispatcher/ office worker had hung up her end of the phone. I immediately called back and asked to speak to the manager. Joanna, the manager, talked briefly with me about my concerns and informed me that they, Gustavo and Daniel, would be right back out to repair the pipe. I told Joanna that those two, Gustavo and Daniel, were not to come back unless another supervisor came out to watch over their work. It's now almost 4:30 pm, and there were no return phone calls from Cisnero Brothers Plumbing or any texts letting us know when to expect them. Again, I had to call to confirm a time! read more

Cisneros Bros plumbing is our family's plumber! Tl;DR: We are very satisfied with the speed, quality, and care shown in repiping our entire house. We moved into our home in 2019, and immediately discovered that our pipes were in rough shape. Our home was built in the late 1950s, and it was clear that the pipes were on their last legs. The main line was damaged by roots and age, and the pipes in the home clogged. Cisneros came out every six months or so to snake our lines, and unclog a sink or two. In February of 2024: it became clear that it was time to repipe our home. In the span of 3.5 weeks; they had replaced our sewer lines and water in lines. Joseph Garcia was our project manager, and kept us well informed. Victor Bustos was his supervisor, and also communicated well with us. We established a text chain to be able to make decisions quickly, and get updates on our project status. Cisneros Bros provided the abatement, demo, and installation services. We purchased our own tile, and Cisneros helped us purchase and pick up a few of the fixtures. Speed: when we started, we were warned that this work could take a month or so; Joseph and Victor ensured that there were ample crew members on site so that the project could speed along. Victor would make runs to plumbing supply stores to pick up fixtures as soon as they arrived. Cisneros Bros had a relationship with my town's permitting and inspection team - and ensured that we never had to wait beyond a day to get the permits and inspections completed. Quality: it's clear that Cisneros Bros pays attention to details. The crew had piped up a rain shower and wand setup in our master bath - and noticed that it was slightly off center to the drain in the tub. Instead of letting it go: they took the time to re-pipe the setup to ensure we got a great result. Their contracting partners they used to tile, drywall, and demo were great. They kept a tidy workspace, cleaned up after themselves, and communicated when they would be on site. Care: Our family had to temporarily move out of house as this work was being done. They made sure someone was always on site to watch over the house. Joseph led daily start of work and end of work walkthroughs - to make sure we were aware of progress. Even my father in law, owner of many residential and commercial properties, was impressed with the care and speed at which they worked.
