I'm not sure where to start. Paging idiot worker "Edo" to get his act straight and learn what real customer service is. Talking rudely, talking in a condescending manner as if politely asking to be serviced is a crime. Saying "you think I'm going to open the door for you" , rudely saying "you come here" To management please review the people you hire, the people you train and how customer service works. Maybe teach them how to speak with etiquette. In today's economy where business are closing left and right it's not a good look. I'm basically paying for something, getting rude treatment in return. I have been coming to this car wash many times and have always been satisfied with the service, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, my visit today was extremely disappointing. On May 29, I came in for a hand car wash at around 4:00 PM (I can't say the exact time, it may have been a little earlier or later). I picked up my car and didn't inspect it right away because I trusted the quality of your work based on my previous experiences. When I got home, I was shocked. There were still crumbs, sand, and dirt throughout the interior. The windows looked smeared rather than properly cleaned. Overall, the car looked as if the cleaning had been done very superficially--or hardly done at all. Honestly, it feels like no more than 10 minutes were spent on my vehicle. You can review your security camera footage from around that time and see how the service was performed. I am genuinely curious how a vehicle could be returned to a customer in this condition. It takes a lot to make me upset, but this experience truly did. I am extremely disappointed with the result. What makes it even more frustrating is that I have had good experiences with your company in the past. At this point, I'm not sure I will return. If management would like to contact me and offer a solution or a proper rewash, I would be willing to discuss it. But right now, I am very disappointed with the quality of service I received. I visited today and the lady at the cashier is the rudest, meanest person. Has no quality of work and manner to treat people. She saw my ticket and say "tap your card there" no hello, no good morning nothing. I was about to ask a question and she inmediately interrupted me by saying "I dont have any change for you" I wasnt even asking for change. I went ahead and told her she maybe wants to be nice since we are using her bussiness and she said "I do not speak English" which she clearly does if we are having this kind of interaction. Ive been here a couple of times-- it's kind of hit or miss-ish depending on who's cleaning but it's never been so bad. I'd have to tell them to clean a part they missed but not like this last time earlier last week. 1. They didn't even tell us our car was done 2. No one knew where our key was 3. Because they thought they'd get a bigger tip for a Mercedes vs my Honda they gave zero attention in cleaning my car properly. Reason why I know, I speak Spanish which they were unaware and could them speaking about it. The hood of my HR-V was still dripping, from top to bottom barely has a rag ran over it-- 2/4 tires were left partially scrubbed. It had so much of the armor on the tire and rims it was also dripping and white like when you put on too much lotion. The window wasn't even dried properly, you could tell it just went through the washer but never actually dried. So so many problems this time it was insane. I could have washed it myself better which I normally do but every other month I go to Citi instead-- wasted $39.99 plus tax on my car being ignored because they thought the person in the higher end car would tip them more. To make things even better the person didn't even end up tipping them which they all complained about. I brought in my 2013 Civic SI to have my front headlights sanded and buffed and the manager tried to rip me off for $50. I brought it in last year and the same person did it for $20 because I also asked for a detail but today that was all I needed and he ask me how come I won't wash it or do wither services that I don't need I told him I did it my self at home. I had the absolute worst experience at this car wash service. I paid for a massage chair in the waiting area and as soon as my time was up, the staff rudely approached me and told me I couldn't sit there without paying. I tried to explain that I had already paid. So after 5 minutes of the massage I was about to get up from the chair, but another staff member, he seemed to be the owner of that place, rushed to me and demanded that I should get up immediately from the chair because the beeping sound of the massage chair was apparently disrupting him. I was so shocked! Shame on men who can afford to treat women so humiliatingly. The lack of customer service and blatant disrespect shown to me was completely unacceptable. It was my first ever going to this car wash on 2/4/26 with my boyfriend and everything seemed fine until we got my car back. Once they finished cleaning my car they automatically asked if they I liked their work that they did to my car; we got this weird feeling that they were going to ask for a tip. Once I replied that it looked nice they asked for a tip and once we started walking towards my door to open it and they automatically started getting upset and started pressing me about a tip. My boyfriend was the one who gave one of the workers a tip and the other worker that "helped out" started to get mad that they had to split a $20 tip. We saw the worker that was getting upset through my review mirror pointing at us and making gestures with his hands like if we were the ungrateful ones not giving him a tip. Love this car wash center. Service is excellent. Brought my car in for Clay and Wax. After all was done. The car was still a little sandy with several missed spots. The manager saw it and gave the workers a good lecture to do the job properly. They re-do the complete whole job all over again from wash to clay n wax. The WORST Carwash in the history of the world. They leave all of your doors wide open while every bald man with a beer belly and beard blow smoke into your car (they surround your vehicle with ugly wooded crate benches with ashtrays)... The little guy pretending to dry off my car for 40 minutes wasn't even looking at my car. He was talking to the other worker next to him in Spanish. He left water spots all over my car and water running down the sides. The worst car wash experience of my life. When they were finally finished, I was blocked in by some idiot in a Lexus that just left their car sitting there done (probably in the smoke shop buying more cigarettes and lottery tickets)... As I finally started to drive away, some moron just stood in front of my vehicle sucking away on a cigarette staring at me not moving out of the way.. Horrible! I haven't been here in awhile because their service is so bad but I thought after a year maybe they would have some improvements. Inside they have "Citi Coffee" where you can sit and wait while your car is being cleaned. The music they play is so loud that I could not hear a basic conversation for work. I asked the girl working behind the service counter if she could put it down because I was on a work call and she lowered the volume a small amount. It was still so loud I could barely hear my co-worker during a virtual online meeting, and when I asked if the sound could please be lowered again, she told me "No, we play music here and I already lowered it." The lady who charges everyone for car washes behind another service desk, always looks mad. The people cleaning cars are always forgetting to do something, I,e, back seat left with crumbs or inside the cup holders with crumbs, even after paying for their detailed car wash over $100! Went there on a Saturday and service writer suggested a VIP wash, after paying for the package the car went into the tunnel but there was nothing working inside the tunnel. The person drying my car admitted to scratching my windshield so I called over the manager who was trying to convince me that I did these myself with a razor blade(?) not sure why.
