I've been going here for many years, and while they've done an ok job, I've never had a bad wash until today. My new car had been bombarded with bird poop. Took it to get cleaned up, like I had in years gone by. When I got to my car it was still dirty. The worker tried cleaning it with a dry towel---like that would help. The roof was terrible and when I told him to use spray on it, you'd think it was a message from heaven. I left knowing I might need to spot clean it, but I actually just washed it again. I WILL NEVER RETURN. Yes, I should have been smart and asked to have the car sent through again or for a refund, but I didn't think of it until I was already soaking it up. Compared to Foothill this place is 5 stars. Car Wash seems to be better run and the prices are high, but the service is better. Car Wash sometimes takes long, but you can walk across the street to the cafe or the library. read more

my wife took her truck to this place and she was basically scammed for her money . She picked package #2 which is advertised at $45 . When she went to pay for her wash at the register she was charged an extra $7 because her truck was "big" . This is a scam. Not to mention you also get charged for using your debit card . These people will throw in hidden fees to their convenience . Do not bring your car here . These people are cheap and do not give good service as you can tell in the pictures. read more

I used to go to the car wash near Oceanview, but I was always disappointed with their interior cleaning. They do a much better job here, so this has become my go-to spot. It's conveniently located right across from the library, which makes it easy to drop off my car and browse books with my kids. BEST CAR WASH IN TOWN! I hate sitting and waiting at the car wash and honestly typically take in a very dirty car, I have 2 kids and it is evident with all the trash and toys all over the car. Horrible experience, way too pricy to deal with lack of customer care. I went in to get a car wash, and upon entering my vehicle after it was done I noticed one of my items was broken, I wasn't upset because it's a piece that can be snapped back on but when I looked around my car I couldn't find it. So I did what any human being would do and I circled around and asked this man kindly if he can ask his employees if they accidentally threw it away or if they saw it. This angry old man looks at me and says "they couldn't have broken it, it must've been broken before you came in" I look at him and say " it was not broken prior to the wash" He then throws a big tantrum and starts yelling "ARE YOU CALLING ME A LIAR?" I then was so taken back at this man yelling at me I politely asked him to calm down and to not yell at me. But he kept yelling and then tried to dismiss me. He refused to give me his name but IM guessing it was the owner. Still shaken up over the situation, this poor man needs to retire. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!! I drove in with my brand new car, a 2025, ended up several hours later having to get my car towed to the dealership. I don't know what they did, I could never get a straight answer from the so-called "owner." They did their usual terrible job of cleaning. And then when started my car to leave, there were several indicator lights on the dash that I had never even seen before. And the car was locked in 'park,' completely locked down. This guy that said he was the owner, also said he and the other guys there are all "master mechanics," so he looked under my hood. Said he could reset it, disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, reconnected it, and then it was even worse. Now the car wouldn't even start, even more indicator lights on now, I guess every light possible, and still locked in park. He kept arguing with me, saying it must've been something I did. I kept having to cut him off, as he kept making ridiculous excuses. I didn't wanna pay the hundred dollars for AAA to pick it up, already paid for the car wash, and now I gotta pay for the dealership to get it running, and fix whatever damage they did. And this guy that said he's the owner, would not give me his name. I assume he was not the owner, since he was so unprofessional. Plus, lying to me about being a master mechanic as well. I found out that Honda will do free towing, so I got a hold of them, stuck there another hour. Then when the tow truck guy came, who was a real mechanic, quickly noticed all of the mistakes that guy at the car wash made saying he could fix it. This guy kept trying to blame me. When he was out of excuses, apparently, he even tried to blame a mouse, that could've climbed up in there and chewed something. Can you believe that? From the time it went through the car wash, a mouse got in there? That was Saturday, and I'm still sitting at home right now on a Monday, trying to figure out what parts are needed to get my brand new car fixed. This is gonna end up costing me a few grand at least. If I could give a zero star, I would. Worst car wash I've ever been to. Very shady. This was my third and last time going. Pretty expensive, and they do not do a good job washing, or cleaning the inside. I have to go to the gas station down the street to finish vacuuming it out myself, cleaning all the spots they missed, especially around the wheels. I don't know what they used to clean the windows, a bar of soap? Driving home, sun coming down, all of a sudden, I can see how dirty the inside of the windshield was left. The whole thing was smudged with I guess a dirty rag. So I had to clean that when I got home. That glare was dangerous, and really caught me off guard. I've been a few times, and it was always terrible. They're expensive, but the one down the street closer to Briggs is even more expensive. So I had to choose the lesser of two evils. Horrible job cleaning my truck!!!!! Outside stains on the windows stains on the body of the truck. Inside vacuum job horrible. on top of all this, I paid $47 for an executive Wash. Also, they did not put the car freshener. Will never go to this car wash ever again. When you charge $47 for a car wash, you have to do a great job.
