These guys are professionals! We use them for our personal travel as well as business travel and have never been disappointed. They are prompt, courteous, and helpful. When our return flight was delayed, the first person I spoke to was Mo, double checking if we had made it or if we would be arriving on the next flight. He met us at the curb, loaded all our bags for us and then even brought our stuff up the stairs when we got home (it was a 3 week trip through Asia, and we had the luggage to prove it! The complimentary water and flight status checking go a long way to separate them from a run of the mill taxi cab... Also, each car has always been clean with almost a new car smell. For sure, these are the kind of guys - at completely reasonable prices -- that I want handling our transportation needs. Highly recommended. One side note: of all the times we've used them, there was a small, small hiccup for one of our business clients. Mo was supremely apologetic, took complete responsibility for the misunderstanding and offered totally reasonable compensation for it. I had a flight booked, but didn't know I had to arrange my own transportation to the airport. I called around for several days before I found this company. His rate was reasonable and he had to pick me up at 3:30 in the morning. The driver, Chad, was very nice. He was dressed professionally and he had a beautiful car. Not only did he help me to my destination, but it was a round trip and he came and got me. I am visually impaired and it was difficult for me to travel, but he was very accommodating and very helpful. The conversation to and from the airport was very nice and it was nice to have someone to talk to. I have had trouble with drivers before. I take paratransit and have for several years. He is one of the few drivers that I would book again. I don't do a lot of flying, but if I need to go to some place around town, I will definitely see if he's willing. It's very hard and scary to meet a new person and I was very hesitant about hiring somebody for something so important and personal and who I had no idea about. He put me at ease and I wasn't scared. You have no idea what it's like to be visually impaired and have to rely on strangers to do personal things for you. I'm always hesitant about climbing into a car with somebody I don't know and he made it very simple and he put me at ease. I didn't feel threatened and I actually felt comfortable and not vulnerable. He was very respectful and he was very helpful getting in and out of the vehicle, getting me to and from my destination. I am very grateful. read more

I've had excellent experiences with Citi Transportation on my frequent trips to San Diego and I'm happy to recommend them on Yelp. The last time I left San Diego on a very early flight and they were 15 minutes early for a 430 pick up time. The gentleman that drove the vehicle was just conversational enough for such an early call and he also gave me some great gouge on some of the different GPS apps to use for my iPhone. I have had the best professional and timely service using Citi transportation. I had a 4 AM pickup from San Diego international airport, the driver came 15 minutes early, he was well dressed, and extremely polite and charming. The car was extra clean and smelled good. The driver responded to all my inquiries and always went an extra step to answer all my questions. He never initiated any irrelevaant conversation without being asked. You could tell that these guys care about every small detail to make their business successful. These guys are *AMAZING*. I must have used them at least 40 times over the last few years, probably 95% for work related airport trips, normally very early starts. They are always at least 10 minutes early, the cars are spotless, the drivers speak perfect english and are very courteous and professional. I just call them, they already know al my details from my caller ID, I get an email confirming the booking and they email me the invoice after they bill my credit card on file: it's really that easy, even the tip is bundled into the price (which is less than a regular taxi and hasn't increased in the entire time I've been using them). I've recommended them to all my neighbors and several work colleagues, they now use them as well. Great Experience Used them to pick up 5 ladies from the airport to Carlsbad, round trip. They took the airline information, sent me a detailed quote, all good. My plane was late, but as soon as we got off the plane I rec'd a text from our driver letting us know he was waiting for us and there he was. Our driver was dressed professionally, he treated us with respect and opened our doors. Did I mention I called for 2 other quotes for the same ride and Citi's quote was approx $100 cheaper? The driver waited all of 8 minutes before leaving despite the fact that he arrived 4 minutes early; they took my money without providing their end of the bargain and as a consequence I nearly missed my flight. I phoned Citi transportation on 2/25/14 and spoke to Chad on the phone about a pickup on the 26th. He was very friendly and couretous. He was waiting for me at the Avis Rental Agency when I arrived. He had water ready for us. My Dad needed to sit up front - no problem. The car was very comfortable. I needed my receipt emailed to me and he also provided that immediately. After checking many web sites for Airport shuttle service to the San Diego airport, I came upon 'Citi Airport Transportation'. They advertised a fare of $49 from Rancho Bernardo to the San Diego airport. I entered my travel information and waited to hear back from them. After about an hour they called. He informed me that the fare was $65 and a mandatory gratuity of 20% for a total of $78. When I mentioned the $49 price in their web site, he hesitated and then said that price is no longer available. He then stated the price was $65 with mandatory 20% gratuity. Isn't a gratuity was up to my discretion, and based on quality of service? I then quickly received an email stating that there was no $49 fare listed on their web site. I got onto their web site, created a screen capture of the advertised price, and sent it to them. Advertising one thing and switching it to another, is called "Bait and Switch", and it's a FELONY! read more
