They do not have their pricing listed online or in-store, and when you ask for a quote, the amount may be lower than what you are ultimately charged. I was charged $27.03 to clean one jacket. I brought in two jackets total, and it took four days to complete the cleaning. When I reviewed my receipt, I noticed I was charged for three items instead of two. There was an additional charge for a "grey leather belt." When I asked the representative about it, he pointed to a strap attached to my jacket and suggested it may have been removed and cleaned separately. However, the strap was part of the coat and had not been detached. I did not pursue the issue further, because overall experience left me feeling over it and scammed. If you go here please review your receipt before leaving.

Since I became a consumer here I have been extremely disrespected on multiple occasions. 1. I was told couldn't bring my bike in the store (they have no bike rack) and when I went to the drive through, I was told i wouldn't be serviced at the drive through while on a bike (I don't have a car and the bike is my only transportation). 2. I was hung up while on the phone several times concurrently, which wasted over 1 hour of my time. 3. I was not called back after all the messages I've left. 4. I have never been called, or even texted, to make me aware of any prescriptions that need pick up. 5. I was talked down to by tall older man one day when I went to the stores pharmacy. He talked to me like I was mentally challenged with this condescending demeanor, which was extremely offensive.
