True to the promise, Charisse was ready when I showed up minutes before opening time (10am) and had me fitted with a perfect suit for the occasion. They even tailored my pants to get the exact fit and by 11:30am I had everything I needed for the 3pm wedding, which included walking the bride down the aisle. Needless to say, Vittorio's saved the day for me. But it was Charisse's attentive service and professionalism that really impressed me. I knew the moment that I stepped in the store it was all going to be ok. And to top it off the price was quite reasonable.

I made a point to stop by today because the sister Clothes Mentor locations in Greece & Henrietta have closed. I plan on entering the store when I am driving down Monroe Avenue toward the Pittsford Wegmans, so I can make a right hand turn in. Upon exiting the lot, I usually head towards another store towards Pittsford Plaza so I can make a right out of the lot. Trying to make a left and crossing two lanes of traffic is extremely difficult. Lots of the brands they tend to carry are J. Crew, Free People, Lululemon, Loft, Calvin Klein, Old Navy, and some Marshalls/Nordstrom/TJMaxx brands. Designer bags and shoes pop in the store as well and are often featured on their Facebook stories. Currently, they have their racks of summer seasonal wear out, and lots of athletic wear. The owner told me she was going to make a jacket and blazers rack soon this week, after clearing some more space. Some items are priced well, others are a touch higher than I would like to pay but it really depends on the brand and the type of item. Today I left with a cobalt blue Banana Republic skirt ($12), a red Mario Serrani pencil skirt ($10), and a Loft blouse ($14). With the tax and a check-in discount, it was $33. The store is requiring masks to alleviate the discomfort of other shoppers and staff. They are offering 10% off with a Facebook check-in to help promote the business.

Really disappointed with with business as of lately. My finance has been a loyal customer of 4+…read moreyears, and he drives 2 1/2 hours to come here to get suits for work regularly. He has probably purchased upwards of 5 suits from this business. When some family friends recommended this place in 2021, we came and had a great experience. However, on our last two trips back (2024,2025), there has been a notable difference in the way we were treated as customers. Not only did they not do pre alterations due to a "miscommunication"by an inadequate staff member but staff was beyond short on the floor and we did not get the one on one experience. Additionally, because we live 2 1/2 hours away and don't need extensive alterations we often have the items shipped (free of charge) because we live so far and are returning customers, or sometimes they will throw in an item such as a tie because of this. On this last trip back, they couldn't even ship our suit free of charge for us. So, Incognito, Where is the customer loyalty? I am sad to say I won't be returning and will find a place more local to us as a result of this. Disappointed at our (lack of) experience and what this place has become in terms of customer support and also professionalism.

Capacity is one of the only places in Rochester that I'm aware of that sells well-curated hypebeast paraphernalia in a welcoming setting. The store was full of Supreme products, collectibles, Nikes and products from various recent rap tours. They accept cards and it seemed that they will also buy stuff, making it feel like a community-minded business. I purchased a Supreme x Les Enfants Terribles t-shirt for $27 - be warned that numerous items in the store retail upwards of $100 and $200 despite being used. This is a place for the savvy consumer, not to just randomly walk in to grab something for your kid / SO / friend without doing some research. Overall, I think this business has definite room to grow, but I had a good experience there and I encourage anyone with an interest in fashion, aesthetics or culture to check it out!

The famous Rochester Flower has popped up on their shirts that hang from the walls on the insides of the store, along with a few other designs and logos. They carry mens tanks, tees, and hoodies. They also have women's fit tees, and a few off the shoulder long sleeved shirts as well. Most of their apparel (tees) are $25 a pop, but they have a current deal where you can buy two tees for $40 (a ten dolla discount!). The owners of the store seem fun and quirky. I hope this place does well.
