Went through the process for membership which takes a couple of weeks and the then the loan application. The problem they're dealing with currently is the backlog of loan request based on a YouTube video which went viral for a credit union providing an unheard of 3.49% rate for up to 72 months. If you escalate your request through facebook or possibly send their "higher-ups" an email. Things will fall into place quickly. There... I've said it Tower, now don't cancel my membership.

This branch, and most other branches are unable to handle deposits and withdrawals, and none of the services that banks normally handle. The workers there don't know the basic banking terminologies. There are no officers in the bank. This branch is nothing but a human ATM, only slower. There are always employees walking around and at 9:30am employees walking in with their breakfast. This past August, I accidently under paid my account for $64. Then, I get a letter from them in the mail dated 11/17/2025 which I didn't receive until 11/21 bc I was out of town on business, and a phone call which I missed on 11/20/2025 w no voicemail, then by 11/21/2025 they sent my amount due to collections. They said notifying their customers of a delinquent payment is a courtesy and not required by law. Well thanks alot for the courtesy of not giving me any time to make my payment. So I paid the full amount off the loan and will never do business with a firm which has no concept of customer service. Find a better lender, don't use them.

I asked the teller on the left side what the daily maximum withdrawal is for my account, and she said that it depended on the type of account I had. She asked for ID, looked up my account, and answered my question. Then I went off to the ATM. The ATM faces Giant's checkout registers. The area by the ATM is very open and not secure. The keypad is not covered up discreetly so anyone walking by can see the pin number you punch in. The area is also very crowded and busy with Giant store merchandise and a back room, so privacy is a persistent issue. I would not return to this location to withdraw cash from the ATM.
