I've been a Chase banker for years now and the reason is simple... They have always taken good care of my banking needs... This comes from a retired banker. I don't visit branches much anymore since the invention of the ATM and online banking. This place is big and bright and an attentive staff that seemed very attentive to their customers.. There were many cubicles and meeting tables... I imagine it can get very busy here. I used the teller to help me make some change. She was pleasant, helpful and reinforced my belief in being a Chase customer. If you have a choice to make about local banks I recommend this Chase branch for your banking needs. Kudos to a wonderful team here.

I have a PayPal credit card that I absolutely love I've never dealt with a company who doesn't back their clients By the way, I even went down to a Bank of America branch. They told me they would take care of it. That was a lie also. In the very beginning years ago they were OK they've just gotten horrible so anyone reading this please pay attention. This bank sucks. Money means more to them than their clients. Take it for what it's worth.
