If you use a Rockland Federal Credit Union ATM card to withdraw money from another financial institution, they refund the transaction fees. A couple of times I have been out and about without my wallet and needed cash ... and, because they know me by sight, they let me do a withdrawal without ID. They contacted us when suspicious activity occurred in my daughter's dormant account. It's a good thing! Someone was draining it with fake jewelry purchases. Branch Manager Marlene Girvan is awesome. Being that I travel Route 109 regularly, there isn't a Citizens in Millis, Medway or even Milford (suggestion for Citizens Bank: for crying out loud, add another one of your banks along this Route!), so Medfield is the regular stop. Also, no, it doesn't have a drive thru. I love drive thru's, but when it comes to banking, it's not too big of a deal to go inside. Here, my only issue is during peak hours and there is no on street parking. I'd prefer to park in the lot (like everyone else in the world....) but I don't believe there is a back entrance, and walking around the entire lot is a real pain in the neck. Otherwise, constant great service. From the ladies always working at the counter, to the great air conditioning, to even having dog treats and lollipops, the Medfield location is definitely friendly to their customers and keeps the Medfield location very organized. I continue to come to this location, and definitely suggest it. There always seems to be too long a delay between emails or phone calls, or perhaps a missed appointment. This is most certainly not the case with Jason. He picked up the phone just about every single time we called, 7 days a week. The reality of this housing market is that such responsiveness is necessary and can be the difference between getting a house or losing one. Jason moved quickly and efficiently on each home we put an offer on, and when we finally had one stick (others were lost to inspection issues and bidding wars), the process was easy. Jason's crew stepped in and ensured all our documents were ready for the underwriter so that the loan commitment would be swift. Sure enough, it was. I almost couldn't believe it. We have a somewhat complex financial situation with a business, another property, etc, but they handled everything with ease and offered us a number of packages with closing credits or a lower interest rate; this choice of options was great. Perhaps most importantly, everything Jason said would happen, happened, in a good way. He told us everything up front and followed through on his word.
