This branch needs SERIOUS HELP WITH management. They have a LOT of trouble answering the phone (up…read moreto 40 rings!!!) and, when they finally pick up, if you leave messages for the "branch manager" you don't call you back. (At least for me-I'm on my 3rd message now, we'll see if they call back.) This is a BANK-NOT STARBUCKS! The managers need to take things much more seriously. It's scary to have your money managed by such an incompetent staff.

I don't know why I still have a Citizens bank account. It's a garbage bank, they treat you like…read moregarbage. But this locations is just awful. I was in Europe recently. I popped in to this location to let them know i'm going to Europe. Please don't shut my card off, because every time I go to Europe they lock my card for fraud. I also tried to buy Euros and Pounds. But apparently they no longer offer this service. They used to though. They were utterly confused as to why I'd want to fly into Europe with foreign currency. Blank looks and fluoride stares. As i'm waiting for my flight I get a notification that my account and card are locked for security purposes. I wasted stressful hours trying to get them to fix it. Unfortunately the employees here don't speak English all that well. Typical of Citizens bank. When I came back in they were completely confused as to why I was upset that they shut my card off. They admitted that they made a mistake, but did not offer ANY apology what so ever. Also 4 times in the past month the ATM has been out of service. Typically on a Friday when i'm trying to make business and personal deposits. The hours are so slim that I have to use the ATM. It's also 100x quicker using the ATM than going in and speaking to an employee, who might try to sell you a refinance at 7% (when I have a 2%) I also bank with Rockland and DCU and literally have never had any of the issues I have with Citizens.

The customer service is horrendous! I've had a mortgage with them for 6 years now. I know the two tellers that work there, 2 blonde women. When asking a question regarding my account they replied "OH! She knows nothing. She's new and just starting working here." Are your bank tellers really pulling the it's my first day card? Even though I have been here plenty of times and it is always the same two women? Way better options out there for banking now soon they will realize this and customers can run!

I provided all necessary information for the loan and supported the banker during legal proceedings. After the bank forced the company into loan default, I was laid off, and the bank appointed someone to oversee the finances. Out of goodwill, I continued to answer questions and assist the Executive Vice President's team. However, when I reached out to the Executive Vice President multiple times for a job recommendation and reference, I was met with silence and ignored, despite my previous cooperation. This bank prioritizes personal gain and profits over trust and partnerships. It is not advisable to partner with such an institution.
