This location is prejudice! Everytime i step into this establishment I can never be serviced and this has happened 3 times

the service wasn't bad but the quality of the nails could definitely improve. I got my nails done less than a week ago and the nails are alrd falling off, the shaping was ok. would definitely recommend paying the extra dollars for good nail tech instead. read more

Got out of work too late to go to my regular place near home so I found this salon on yelp and decided to give it a try. Got there at 6:30 for a gel manicure. Even though it was closing soon the technician took her time. It was about an hour total for the service and she didn't appear rushed. I didn't love that they just dipped all my fingertips in acetone to remove the polish and she used a file to get the polish off instead of the metal scraper. I was worried because the first two coats looked like trash but she did a third coat without being asked and the color looked nice and even. Not too thick or lumpy. She also shaped my nails nicely. Unfortunately the next day all of them bubbled. They use gelish polish which is not my favorite but the actual color was nice. I also didn't see her take the tools out of a sanitized package or solution which is a big turn off for me. They offer neck massages and since there was another lady there just chilling I figured why not. $10 for 10 minutes but it felt longer. She used multiple hot stones which was nice. I'd give her overall technique a B+. At the end she did some really firm clapping/chopping. I don't know if she hits everyone that hard or was just exacting revenge for making her work late so just be prepared. Probably won't go back because I don't mess around with questionable sanitation and I love my regular place (Cozy Nails in Pearland) but it's not the worst salon. read more

My mother and I went here. The were absolutely rude and judgmental. One of the works that did my moms nails didn't ask what style she wanted and just started doing it and she said politely she did not want that certain shape and he complained and told her to book with some else next time. Then I got a pedicure and a different guy had done them. He took forever because he kept going outside and for 10-15 minutes at a time throughout one pedicure and it took an hour to get a 20 minute pedicure done i just wanted to leave. Where do I even begin... my brother went in for a haircut and eyebrow wax and came out with two completely different eyebrows.. and they're straight! No arch at all.. like does she even know what eyebrows look like?? He's scarred and crying in the bathroom now.. 0 stars.. never going back again read more

Their Customer service could use some work, but honestly from the feel of baytown nail salons.... They all do, and this place was considerably the best. Never offered me a beverage or tried to upsell. Did a beautiful and relaxing manicure and pedicure. Kinda pricey for the atmosphere and customer service... But worth the nail quality. This was my first visit and I was not disappointed! The salon is clean and the staff is very nice. I went in for a basic pedicure but ended up getting a pedicure package with lots of scrubs, lotions, and massages! (there's a lot to choose from). The technician took her time and made sure I was comfortable with the water temperature and even asked me if I liked the way the nail polish looked on me before painting the rest of them. My nails are beautiful but do NOT come here if you want lashes or eyebrows. I called and was told for a refill on lashes it's 5 bucks .. Once it was time to pay they charged me 35 bucks for a refill on lashes.. I told them how was quoted something else but they still charged me full price and my eye brows my goodness ;-( they are a mess.. They don't match AT ALL!! I have one odd arch and one without an arch.. I look so crazy!! Overall I would come back for nails only nothing else. read more

My whole visit was very rushed despite there only being 1 other customer. They couldn't find the color I picked, so instead of asking me, they just picked a different color and told me it was still "grey." I asked for matte finish, they gave me shiny. There's also bumps of something underneath the paint on a few nails and she just left it. Despite all of it, the place was clean and nice. Service was just poor. Won't be returning. read more

Would totally recommend this place to anyone!! I've been Yelping for a decent nail salon here in Baytown but was disappointed that almost all nail salons here have bad reviews... But out of all the three nail salons that are listed, this place has the LEAST bad reviews so I decided to give it a try. I was NOT disappointed!! I only wanted a simple gel mani (costs $25) and Jason gave me just that! He was very delicate and meticulous with my nails in a very efficient manner. Definitely found a pedicure salon to go to! The selection of services they offer, along with the excellent customer service, simply cannot be beat. This is usually my go to place but I just went in on 7/3/2017 for a refill and 4 of my nails have broken off.
