I stated that I like my nails square and sharp multiple times and she still rounded the tips. Somehow they are at an angle, lifted, and rounded, bizarre. There's no apex to be seen. There was polish running over my edges that I had to file off when I got home. After almost 2 hours, I just decided to pay for the set, tip, and leave. On the plus side, Sally, beauty is 20 steps away and you can go buy whatever you need to fix it yourself at home.

I've been coming here for a while now on my sisters recommendation and I'm hoping I'll never have to go anywhere else for many reasons: 1. Lee and his wife Lily are so very thoughtful and personable. I love to see them and every other nail tech interaction I've had has been very pleasant. They also are quick to make sure you are comfortable and they offer drinks. 2. Every pedicure/ set of nails I've had here are always top tier and the prices are fair. There have been times (at other nail salons) where I pay a good chunk of change for nails that break/scuff/only last a week. Not here! My nails stay looking good!!! 3. This place practices great sanitation and has patrons wash their hands upon entry and I just love that. 4. My last visit was extra special as I was getting my bridal nails done for my wedding. Lee made sure I was perfectly satisfied and was extra attentive. I paid an amount similar to other visits. That meant a lot to me because in my dealings with other business for the wedding, some people will charge you extra or try to upsell you if they know it's for a wedding. Not the case here.
