My fiancé and I came in for a mani/pedi, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. I was initially placed with a nail tech named Tom, who struggled to understand what I wanted--even with someone trying to help translate. He proceeded to cut my nails unevenly and even cut one far too short. When I pointed it out, he rolled his eyes and continued working without addressing the issue. He cut the rest of my nails longer but never fixed the one he cut too short, almost like he was hoping I wouldn't notice. He was extremely rough, digging into my cuticles multiple times to the point where I had to ask for a different tech. The new tech immediately saw the issue and even admitted the previous work wasn't right. I showed her my inspiration photo, and what I had on my hands looked nothing like it. She offered to redo all the nails, but after being there so long and feeling so frustrated, I only had her fix the one. To make matters worse, when Tom left, he slammed his tools and shut his kit aggressively in front of everyone--clearly unprofessional behavior. No one seemed surprised by his attitude, which tells me this likely wasn't the first time. We will absolutely not be returning to this salon, and I would caution others before booking. I've attached a photo of what I asked for versus what I received--he used white tips and just layered gel over them, which I've never even seen before.

The service at this nail lounge is horrible now!!! I've been coming here for 2+ years, and there's not a skilled nail tech available now. The customer service is even disappointing. This place has become one of those nail shops that we do how we want not how you're requesting. There are MUCH BETTER OPTIONS AVAILABLE PLEASE ELSEWHERE!

Dip manicure (~1 week after getting it done)

I went in for a dip manicure about a week ago. The salon itself is nice, and has a relaxing vibe and they offer complementary beverages with your services. Henry did my nails, and he was quick and efficient with the dip process. My nails turned out pretty good initially (aside from the fact that there was no cuticle work/trimming done at all), but he did not wait long enough for the topcoat to dry and when he sent me to wash my hands, the topcoat smudged and needed to be redone. That was no problem, except the second topcoat he used was a UV gel. That gel did not really adhere to the dip layer, and started chipping right off a couple of days later. I went back and he redid it again with the UV gel, which has lasted at least a bit longer so far. I will go back and give them another try, because their prices are reasonable and the work was pretty good.

I had a great experience there. It's close to my house, place well decorated, and staff is friendly. Nails turned out the way I like it. Will come back

This was my last time coming to citrus nails bar. I've come here often & have left fairly satisfied. I don't usually go crazy on designs but decided to get something festive for Valentine's Day. I wanted a red French tip with coffin nails style. The woman started on my nails then decided to tell me oh yeah design is $30 extra. So the total was gonna be like $90 since they charge for literally everything!!!!!!! $90?????? No ma'am. The work here is not worth $90. At all. Also they left so much glue on my nails.

This is something similar to what I wanted

If I could say one thing it would be that just because it's a nice ambiance doesn't mean it's worth it. Their prices are unbelievable overpriced for the amount I paid for the results o got for my nails the paint job is horrible you charge me for a special service fee which is $30 and for a length of my nails are medium they're not even long and made me pay $135 for something I don't like. I just stick with a nail tech and come out a lot cheaper and way better results. They're a little to square shaped to me. And my thumb is started to lift a little bit already and I just got them done Friday smh

Hate to even write a bad review as I have enjoyed this place but my last 2 visits have been terrible and this will be my LAST visit. The work is sloppy and they charge too much for my nails to come out the way they did.

Greetings with a big beautiful snowy Christmas tree, pale pink accents and complimentary macarons to match?! The ambiance of this salon caters to the small part of me that requires luxe service with a "girly" vibe every now and then. Super happy I decided to give this place a try since it is right around the corner from my new house. "Lily" has a fabulous bob haircut is a wonderful conversationalist and did a fantastic job on my deep-holiday-red ballerina-style powder dip nails. (I highly recommend trying the MATTE gel topcoat for a modern twist to an old classic). I rarely choose red, but Lily helped me when I requested a deep/dark one. I do wish they had a bigger selection of powder dips (and I hope after they see this they might add some because I definitely intend to come back honestly I might even bring my own powder colors if they allow that). I also love how some salons allow you to have your own kit if you're a regular customer so you know you're only using your own tools for your nails. I am confident they are sanitary but it's a nice level of customization that could be considered as I definitely plan to be a repeat customer. I also got a lil bottle of h2o for the road and it was all worth the $50! Happy Holidays, cya in a few weeks!

This is how they left my nails and asked me to leave.

The worst gel manicure ever! It started pealing and chipping day 2. Went back to have them fix them and the tech, Kevin, was hurting me with the drill because he didn't want to wait for the nails to soak. So, he got up and left and refused to fix them. The manager told me that I moved too much. I requested a refund and she told me that she didn't have to because it has been more than 7 days, it wasn't. She threw money on table, removed my hands that were soaking and told me to leave. I will never return and do not recommend them.

He was very welcoming though, showed me the services they offer as it was my first time coming here & let me know I can look on both sides of the walls for the nail polish color I wanted before sitting down. There was roughly a 10 minute wait before my technician came, and what I loved is that without being prompted they kept coming by to re-heat my water. Amy was the technician that did my pedicure & I must say she did a phenomenal job. She was very thorough in removing my old polish, trimming my nails, digging out my ingrown nails (which a lot of people don't do), and removing my callouses. The massage with hot stones was to die for & her polish job was near perfect. The only "bad" things I can say about this place is I wasn't offered any drinks, though their bar was stocked with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options & I don't think my massage was the full 10 minutes as advertised. Nonetheless, those things are minor compared to other experiences I've had elsewhere so I will certainly be back.

Even Tim tried to fix it and apologized that the services were horrible but he couldn't fix it because the damage was already done. She even put so much gel polish on them that they are thick. After speaking to the manager (Nick) about my concern; he advised me that there was nothing that they could do. When a tech mess up on you feet their policy is to put fake nails on my toes to fix the problem because they can't give any discounts for what the services of their technician has done. The only way you can get a discount is if they cut you. So I have to produce blood for a discount. WHAT! I didn't ask for free service just to credit something for subpar service. Mind you anytime get my services done. I'm spending over 150 to $180 every service plus tips. Lesson learned. I hate having to find a new shop especially when you nail tech (Tim) is amazing. But the overall customer care and service and how you treat customers is more important to me.

The month prior I noticed that the cashier overcharged me for my services compared to the establishment's menu that they provide to their customers, but I thought it might have been a slip of the finger. I returned the next month and the gentleman seated me and handed me their establishment menu. I order my services. One of the ladies immediately walked up to me and said " gel twenty dollar". I looked at the menu and thought she had to be talking about my fingers and my toes because the menu clearly states $10 for gel polish. When I cashed out the gentleman brought me my receipt and I noticed that he charged me $28 dollars for a basic manicure and $20 dollars for gel which made my pedicure $48. I questioned him about the amount, but somehow they didn't understand what I was saying. Yeah, right. Why would I pay $20 for some gel polish that I could get for $10 on Amazon. I actually have the same brand they use in their shop at my house. They are actually either baiting and switching , under-reporting their income to the state, or charging "certain people a higher price". If you have visited this shop. This is by far the WORST ONE. If you are a person who gets regular pedicures like me you know the first thing that is not suppose to happen is for a nail tech to PEEL OFF YOUR PREVIOUS GEL. I was so shocked that i saw a license nail technician do this to my nails, i politely asked her to use a drill or soak them off instead and SHE CONTINUED TO PEEL THEM OFF. Only reason why i didn't leave right then and there was because my friend was already getting hers done by someone else. Before i even notice she cuts my perfectly squared big toe nails off! I told my friend that they are always suppose to ask you if you want them cut or filed in Spanish. A few moments later her nail tech asked her if she wanted it cut or filed. The shape was horrible, i told the technician i wanted someone else to fix my toe nails. They cut them so low that there was nothing to file. I take pride in my hands and feet being taken care off and right now they are so ugly. Please do not go here if you value good quality work
