Horrible unfriendly service from the older man working there. He barked out what I wanted. I was picking up a door dash order and when I went to my phone to give him the names he barked again and asked what I wanted. I said, 'Let me look at my orders, since I just barely walked in.' I gave him the names, and he looked at me like he didn't understand what I said. He said Let me see your phone, he then grabbed my phone and took it to the back with him. Horrible horrible customer service, I ordered a Mother's Day delivery for my mother in law a couple day's before the weekend of, granted yes it was last minute but the way my experience went immediately downhill was insane to me. I received a call early morning letting me know my delivery would be unavailable until the day after mother's day because of deliveries beyond their available capacity. I'm not one to give a bad review just based on something completely out of anyone's control as that, but working in customer service for 3-4 years, I've learned to go above and beyond for customers and make sure their experience is 100% great. With learning I would not be getting my order delivered, I was not offered any discount, waived delivery fee, free add-on, or anything making the experience better? So, I decided to let it go and ask for the flowers to be delivered anyway. After being told they would deliver them after-all, they proceeded to ask for my card information as if my order had already been canceled in its entirety. I then proceeded to ask for my order to be refunded, I was then told the order would be refunded and later received another call from the same person telling me the exact same information we had discussed about my order not being delivered and was reassured my order would be refunded in 1-2 business days since it had already been processed. I was last told my order was refunded on May 8th, it is now May 20th and not only has it been almost two weeks since I've been spoken to but I myself had to call the store, ask for my own refund, and was told "This was one of the order's we had an issue with refunding." ??? Which tells me, had I not kept track of my own transactions, this business would have never called me to let me know I still haven't been refunded my $51.81. This was my first time ordering from this company, I tried multiple times to avoid writing a review like this but my overall experience was horrible. I'm lucky enough to have a financially stable situation even during the pandemic, but had it been someone in an unstable position and they relied on this transaction to be refunded, this would not look good for this business. I've learned in my little experience in customer service to put myself in other's shoes, and remember at the end of the day you don't know anybody's situation, I hope this business doesn't do this to any new/returning customers because this is disappointing. UPDATE: Received my refund, but did not receive an update from the store directly reassuring me it had been processed. That's fine, but again a small gesture like a phone call would have been appreciated. I again hope that customers do not have to go through an experience like mine. read more

Although the delivery was not exactly what I had ordered for online they gave me a phone call ahead of time saying that it will not be the exact same, which I appreciated. I was a little surprised because it was not the size of the order I had initially placed so they accommodated and provided a partial refund. When I received the arrangement there where only one dozen roses . After the funeral service I called to complain and they used the F.... word on the phone. My son was marrying the woman of his dreams and we were hosting the rehearsal dinner. It was held at South Hills Country Club in West Covina. Our table was 32 feet long and approximately 6 feet wide. When we walked into the big banquet room, I was so excited when I saw how beautiful the flowers were! I think we had 8 arrangements running down the table and they were both beautiful and lush! Very disappointed with Valentines delivery. I was concerned because I have arrived home from work and the two arrangements I ordered were not delivered yet. This was around 4pm. I called the shop and they told they went out already. 7pm comes around and nothing still. My wife and daughter were already going to bed and no flowers yet. I called once again and ask what's going on and the man on the phone was not helpful at all. I tell him to cancel my orders because what's the point now. He was like whatever I'll give you your money back. No explanation, no apology, no trying to make the situation right nothing! The delivery man arrived around 8pm I took the flowers because I couldn't leave my wife and daughter without Valentine's flowers. I understand Valentine's is a busy time for all flower shops but you shouldn't under staff your delivery people and having your orderes arrive at 8pm what's they point of me having flowers delivered and me receiving them at the door? Was in the area and noticed the table of Christmas items outside the flower shop! They had great items on sale! I popped my head in to find a wonderful little boutique! More than just flowers; they had a few gift items as well! All in all, I was impressed with their decor, gifts and flower arrangements. They had some seasonal arrangements on display with price tags showing, really making it convenient for shoppers to decide. The most impressive thing was the Christmas tree they had on display! The decorations were amazing! I was so excited to hear they offered a tree decorations service! Look at the photos I uploaded so you can get a good idea of what I'm talking about! I called prior to stopping in and made sure they could accommodate my request. One small bouquet of flowers for $20 out the door. I was expecting the whole carnations and baby breath route but the florist actually put together a nice bouquet however she must have forgot my budget because she charged me $25 and then tax for a total of $27. I was surprised because I had literally brought $20 plus a few extra dollars to tip so I was not prepared. After a quick 10 min drive home I put the flowers in a vase with water as instructed and by the time they were given to the recipient a few hours later approx 1/4 of the flowers were drooping. Just left their location twenty minutes ago and I have to say Anne and Don were awesome! It's my wife's birthday today and she works in San Gabriel but I work right up the street here in Covina so I ordered locally. I came to their location in person and was told they would have to wire the order to a Florist in San Gabriel because it was not in their delivery area (understandably). Anne called five different places and all of them were either too busy or flat out refused to take the order!!!! Not to mention the only place that did seem able to do it had thesame teddy bear priced at $69 that Anne had available for $19.95! After seeing this Don and Anne offered to go ahead and deliver to my wife's work for a small delivery fee and also did so within a 3 hour time frame!!! Hat's off to you guys. This florist is amazing! They always have the coolest arrangements and highest quality of work in the San Gabriel Valley. I recommend them for any flower needs. I had to make sure the florist I chose would truly listen to what I wanted and what I expected from them. Don went over some catalogs that he had and we also showed him some pictures we had taken of arrangements we liked. I explained to Don that I needed them to be perfect because this was for my Mothers services. . He assured me he would be able to recreate the pictures we shared with him and he also understood my concerns. He kept an open line of communication with me too which is so highly important. Ordered flowers 4 weeks in advance, to arrive two days before Mother's day. Not only were they not delivered on the scheduled day, the driver didn't leave a note and made no call to the recipient. It wasn't until Mother's day did I find out that my mother didn't get her flowers. After showing me a picture of a suspicious van the day they were supposed to be delivered, I called and was on the phone for close to an hour, until they said they could send someone out. A few hours later a delivery man arrived with wilted flowers, looking like they had sat in the van for several days. Would never buy flowers from here again and suggest everyone try somewhere else. read more

I used Citrus Valley florist shop for my wedding and the arrangements were very pretty, however there were several hiccups. There was a mix up with the colors (The owner did offer to fix it) but at that point it was too late. Also the flower girl basket was missing the day of the wedding, and they had to run back to the store to get one. If they paid more attention to the invoice these problems wouldn't have happened. The flowers were gorgeous BUT for the amount of money we paid (which was a lot!!) there should have been NO problems at all. read more
