I stopped in to grab a bouquet for my in laws' anniversary. I was told that Citti's has been around for a long time, and it shows that their style is more old school and hasn't evolved much with the times. Not many flower options to pick out for a bouquet. It's more of a place that you order something in advance for pick up or delivery. I ended up finding a relatively generic bouquet and added a few orchids, which at least were available to add. Service was pleasant and helpful, but it's clear that their business is in volume and not as much artistry or innovation. Prices were very reasonable though, and parking (private lot) was very convenient. So, if you're looking for a no frills flower shop, Citti's is not a bad choice. read more

Worse customer service ever. Just got here to order my wedding flowers and the girl named Eva wasn't interested to help me at all. I asked if they have any pictures or if she can help me with the picture that I already had and she said everything is online and I should look online!!! Never heard someone order wedding flowers online without consultation! I am a bride came to store excited to order my flowers and she just wanted to kick me out ASAP! She even didn't bother herself to help me at all and was keep saying everything is online. U just lost business plus all my bridesmaids are about to get married. Some things you might want to know: they jack their prices way up for special occasions like Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Weddings, Funerals. Basically anything that you would typically purchase flowers for. Oh and Funerals they use older flowers because they're usually left at the grave site so they don't need to last. So you're paying extra for flowers that won't last more than a day or so. Employee's have to work on certain holidays without getting OT. No PTO, no sick pay. Terrible base pay so if you're not in a position to earn tips you're not going to make enough to live on. Even then there's soooo much competition and BS that won't allow newbie's to get those tips. read more

I am beyond THRILLED. This florist was recommended by my realtor. I needed about 14 arrangements in early November as a thank you to a group of friends. The florist staff helped me pick out an arrangement. I expected substitutions and a skimpier version the next day because generally arrangements never seem to be BETTER in person. These arrangements, however, were STUNNING!!! I purchased the middle option. They had the arrangements in long boxes to easily transport in & out of the car. The arrangements were full, fresh, heavy & gorgeous. I was so proud to deliver them with a handwritten note. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! The service here is BEYOND disrespectful. They told my sister her cascade bouquet choice would not look good woth her because she's "too short" and the flowers she wanted were out of season. First off criticizing her choice like that was not their place and much less the way she was told. Second, another florist working from her home nursery did the arrangements she wanted and was present day of the wedding. They turned out beautifully, no thanks to citti. Worst service ever but they get away with it because they are a larger business. read more

Citti's Florist has a wide array of flowers and they are conveniently located on the corner of Bascom and Hamilton. They have other items related to flowers - vases, garden selections, and other items that are helpful for whatever you are purchasing that has to do with gifting flowers! They also sell flower food and water tubes (for individual flowers) too. The lady was very helpful, so for customer service, I would definitely give five stars. They are a little bit more pricey than other flower shops that I have visited, but other than that, no complaints from me on this end. They were able to give me what I wanted, even though they were a little bit more expensive. I'll definitely be back if I ever need to make any flower orders! read more

My husband is out of town and spent over $300 on 2 Valentine's Day bouquets. Not only did they deliver the bouquets 4 hours before they were supposed to, they did not sign his name to either one of the cards!! The only reason why I knew it was from him was because I saw the credit card statement. My poor mother-in-law had no idea her son had even sent her flowers. When I called to why this was they told me they can't tell me who the sender name is due to policy and hurried me off the phone. Needless to say, we will never be coming back here. read more

I came in here to find some floral wire for making Christmas garland and wreaths and not only did they have it but they were relatively cheap. Of course, I don't know how much floral wire costs normally but I still though it was cheap. High service charges for delivery. Placed internet order for balloons for 49.00 over internet. Delivery to eBbay, 1 block away from their office. They called back twice to my cell phone telling me there was free delivery for orders over $50.00 for something this close. They refused to credit my current order for the 14.95 delivery charge. Gave some lame excuse saying it was already entered in and was too late to do anything about it. That isn't service that is lying. Aggressive sales tatics. Not ethical. Hard to do business with them long term. Probably better to find an independent florist who is more ethical. i would have never thought that they would have pulled through for my wedding flowers 4 days before my wedding. I went in to ask for a price for my wedding flower (bouquet, brides maids bouquet, boutonnieres ) they came out great the flowers were picket up that morning and i was on a budget. Wow. Simply WOW. I will never go to another florist in San Jose EVER AGAIN. Growing up in San Jose I remember driving past Citti's as a kid, so it seemed kind of obvious to use them for my wedding. We worked directly with Chris and that man is a DREAM. We met with him once, showed him a few pictures on Pinterest and flipped through his books and he knew exactly what we wanted (based on what I thought was pretty minimal direction). Being a completely brainless bride, I scheduled our mock up the weekend of Valentine's Day (which meant he had to put together a centerpiece for us during one of his biggest weekends of the year), and Chris didn't bat an eye. He delivered, of course, a perfect, stunning centerpiece that was beyond what I could have even described. Welcome to the wedding day. I was literally in TEARS because Citti's flowers were so beautiful. My bouquet was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. The bridesmaids bouquets were stunning and all the boutonnieres were awesome. Everyone at the wedding was talking about the flowers. I had several people at the wedding who said they will no longer use their (fill in the blank) florist and will use Citti's from now on. It's worth it to head in and talk to Chris. He is a class act and makes everything himself and even helps with delivery. Not many owners of their own stores do that nowadays, but this is a family business, and they do things right. I am very saddened to report a distressing outcome in an interaction with Cittie's Florist on Hamilton in Campbell. I have a flower per month card (this is the 3rd or 4th one I have had). I missed picking up my flower in August. I asked to be given roses for both August and September . I was told it was not the policy to provide August, though I could pick it up next August. On several other occasions (not more than once a year), such a request was accommodated. Last year, a woman whom I believed to be the owner specifically assisted me in getting two roses. This year I was told that a male owner had particularly denied my request. I can appreciate that Cittie's Florist could be abused by a person getting the card and asking for a dozen roses. I do not believe that a request to cover one lost month over a year or more is abuse. I obtain the free rose per month card in conjunction with the Guadalupe Rose Garden Valentine Promotion by adopting a rose. It has always been a treat to visit the store to pick up my rose / make a purchase. Will I go back to Cittie's? Yes. I get the flower each month for my 99 year old mother (sounds impossible but it is true.) I was, however, very disappointed in my treatment. I was not working a criminal scam. I just wanted the benefit of my bargain. I left feeling like I was treated like a criminal. So, thank you for listening to my sad tale. read more

If you look at the pictures you can see how different what I ordered was from what was sent. I am very disappointed. I spent $65 to try to brighten my friends day who is going through a hard time. Citti florist was extremely easy to work with they understood everything I wanted and that was that. I have to admit I was a little worried compared to my other vendors for my wedding in which I was in constant contact with and then with Citti's, I met with them once they took my order, confirmed with me the week of, and then just showed up right on time and everything was absolutely perfect. You can tell that they are truly professionals of their trade and know what they are doing (it's definitely not their 1st rodeo). Hired Citti's florist for our wedding June 2017. Our church would be ordering their flowers for our ceremony through them, and our venue had them as a preferred vendor; so naturally we had to check them out. We worked with Adrianna from beginning to end. We made an initial appointment to go over ideas, what we needed, etc. Very important to do your research before going in for your appointment so you have a general idea of what you envision for that special day. It will help Citti's understand your vision, and make it a smoother appointment. I took pictures, styles, colors, etc. I was prepared! A few months alter we scheduled a 2nd appointment to finalize order. Adrianna was great! Very open to our ideas, and very helpful in guiding us in our final decisions. On the big day they arrived on time to drop off flowers and set up on their part. They were everything we had hoped for and more. We got so many compliments on the arrangements and bouquets. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Do not buy here!! My wife called at Citi's Florist at 6:20pm asking for an in stock plant that we could just pick up and go for a present. The lady who answered said that as long as I got there before 6:30pm, their closing time, they would be able to help me. My wife told the lady who answered the phone that I was on my way and would be there soon. I arrived at 6:28pm and told my situation and that my wife just called. The two ladies behind the counter just told me they were closed and I had to leave. I again asked them very nicely if I could just buy a plant and be out the door in a couple of minutes. I just got a stern "No" for an answer from one lady. The other told me they "Wanted to leave" so they couldn't wait a few minutes to make another sale. I was then basically escorted out the door, because as the lady behind the desk said, "We are trying to leave. We have things to do." I have bought flowers and plants many times from Citi's Florist including a few very large purchases in the past because they are convenient to my work which is right down the street. I WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE EVER AGAIN FROM CITI'S FLORIST BECAUSE OF THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE! I will also tell everyone I know about my experience and encourage them to purchase elsewhere.
