It was delightful! I've been to the brick and mortar building a couple of times for the same bowl and each time, I'm pleased. The fruit is always fresh and chilled and the pitaya is blended perfectly as the base of this healthy treat. Could I make this at home? Yes, and I have. But it's not the same.
