After two weeks with no reply I messaged again I'll let it be sent the same link. When I responded back saying that it didn't answer any of the questions either of us had asked their sales manager sent back in all capital letters that it was a different link. So I decided to call in. After explaining the situation to the person on the phone and hearing the supposed "sales manager" in the background, the person on the phone says alright, let's put that aside, you want to buy the car or not? Are you kidding me? I wouldn't treat an animal with such disrespect let alone another human. Don't waste your time with this backwoods dealership.

Caleb arranged to help us take the car to our mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, and stayed late to get the deal finalized. I was traveling through the area and my recently purchased Kia stopped running while driving. I had my vehicle towed to the nearest Kia dealership which was in Hagerstown. Initially everyone seemed very helpful. I received a call the following Monday saying they'd get to my vehicle as soon as possible, I even got an email informing me of a diagnostic appointment that Wednesday afternoon. By midday Thursday I hadn't heard from anyone so I called and left a message that would not be returned. I called again Friday, spoke to someone different and they had my original contact call me back. The information I received at that time was that the Wednesday appointment was "just so my car was in the system" and my car was "next in line" but likely wouldn't be done until the following Tuesday. At that point they would have had my vehicle for 10 days without even looking at it. Unfortunately I didn't have many options for an alternative other than wait. Tuesday comes and goes, no call. By Wednesday (day 11) I'm overly frustrated. I call back, my car had not been looked at and was not "next". I make the decision to have my vehicle towed from Hagerstown to Morgantown, an extra $1000 expense that should not have been necessary. I experienced nothing but lies hidden behind polite, chippers voices.

Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown has again and again proven its worth by having the knowledge, expertise, and outstanding customer service to get the job done right. They have serviced three of my Mercedes over the years and I have never had a problem at all. I have a third-party Vehicle Service Contract which has become a real pain in the rear to deal with. But Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown has handled every issue the VSC has raised and never made me feel bad for the extra time and expense they go through to deal with the VSC company. When I bring my cars in for service, they never try to upsell me on unnecessary services. They do what I ask and nothing more. If there is a problem, they will point it out, but never pressure me to act at that time. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown for servicing your Mercedes.

He arranged to have transportation available to pick us up from the airport. Service Technicians Larry and Keith showed up and were very friendly and made us feel comfortable on our way to the dealership. (Larry was an excellent driver, by the way and Keith was an awesome co-pilot.) I was totally exhausted, but my husband really enjoyed conversing with the two of them. (I had fun listening to them talk) At the dealership we met Kyle, who took care of all the paperwork and showed us our vehicle. He was easy to work with, outgoing, and knowledgeable. I especially liked that he gave us a huge candy bar with the dealership's logo lol He offered us some sodas for the road and followed up with a call to make sure we were safe on our almost 3000 mile roadtrip so that was very nice. Definitely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown to anyone who is interested in buying a luxury vehicle. Their location is convenient and their customer service is excellent!
