My partner used the Request a Quote function and heard back from Carlos shortly thereafter. We were having an issue where a ceiling fan had mysteriously stopped working, but the remote was still working and the battery hadn't died. It was great to note that he charges a fee for coming to check out the problem, but that fee goes towards the job if you choose to go with him. Carlos set a window of 12-2 to come by to check it out and he called me at 1 to confirm that he was 20 minutes out. Loved that, because it gave me time to finish up what I was doing and get ready. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a short time. While he was here, I also had him check on another electrical issue and he confirmed that it needed to be fixed to keep my house safe. He gave me an estimate and said I can call to schedule him. The service was swift, but what I really appreciated was also the conversation. Carlos is Colombian, and speaks multiple languages, and we talked about restaurants and other stuff while he worked. I appreciated this and felt very comfortable with him in my house while I was alone.
