This place has been sooo good to me! The people who work here are courteous, detail oriented and just great at what they do. I've been coming here for a year and recently took my friend here who never gets her nails done. She was blown away by the service that she said she wants to add this to her routine. Phoebe is phenomenal and really cares about her craft! She will go above and BEYOND to make sure you're satisfied Allie is my go to girl because she's able to do overlays and make my toes look brand new / flawless. This was my 10th visit at this nail salon. I've always had excellent pedicures here from the classic to the lavender, all of the nail technicians have been wonderful. I'm so disappointed to say that today I've experienced the worst pedicure of my life. I had a 4:00pm appointment that I booked online. The technician that I had was very young, kept calling me "bro", and was literally playing a video game on his phone while he was giving me a pedicure! I had yellow polish on my toes from the last pedicure I had here. The technician was scrubbing them with a tool and I told him that it was regular polish, not shellac. He said I know, and kept going over them with this metal tool, which was a little painful. Then he cut my toenails with the polish still on, removed the polish, and barely filed my toenails. He tried scrubbing my feet awkwardly, which was very ticklish so he just stopped. Then he took some water out of the foot bath and put it all over my legs and rubbed them down with a scrub and then removed it. I received no lotion, and then he placed hot towels on each of my feet. The technician said that something bit him and went into the back room for a while. When he returned he was playing the game on his phone. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. There were no other customers or employees working when I received my pedicure which was strange because they are usually busy and it was only 4:00. When the nail tech painted my toenails it was very rushed, he barely let the base coat dry and he began applying the polish. I've included pictures so you can see the terrible paint job, my dry feet and yellow nail polish still visible from my last appointment. I also have a rash from the aggressive scrubbing. I let the polish dry under one of the dryers but it was hard to see the details due to dim lighting. When I got out to my car in the sun I was very disappointed. My feet were much better off BEFORE this pedicure. read more

They have all new pedicure chairs that are SO comfortable & offer relaxing massage. Pedicures start at $36 for classic and go up with any delightful choices of added services. I'm obsessed with the Lavender Pedicure with the fragrant heated neck wrap as my go-to. A note of personal kindness is the City Garden Pedicure for gifting yourself or a loved one! It includes hot stone lower leg massage which is AWESOME! Everyone deserves to be pampered like this. The nail bar for manicure services is large so you're not crammed in to a little desk station like other salons. Check out all the color options AND types of finishes available. The staff is super friendly, they usually have several technicians on site. Although walk-ins are welcomed, an online/phone appointment is appreciated for scheduling availabilty. The best place for pedicures! I have never felt more relaxed than when I come here. Their signature pedicure is amazing. I love how the bathroom is not cluttered with storage items. The staff are nice. I've gotten gel manicure and regular pedicures here. There's about 7 pedicure options. I usually do the classic pedicure because I try to get one done during the work day. Ive tried the lavender and think it was okay. I wasn't wowed. They offer beverages for a fee. $8.00 for wine. I've been going here for a few months and they are always a five star establishment. I know my nails are always going to be perfect when I leave and there are always many options for colors. Their staff are all polite and make recommendations when you're not sure what you want. They are also very reasonable with pricing and charge you what they quote, which is very nice. Competitive for the triangle. They have an extensive alcohol menu, including many seltzers and more wine options than just "red or white." The massage chairs while getting a pedicure are fabulous. I love this nail salon! I've tried many different places in the area, and my gel manicures always last the longest here. They're very clean, hygienic, and I've always found the staff friendly. I've had different people work on my nails and they're all very good. It might be a bit pricier than other salons, but you get what you pay for and higher prices usually mean they pay their staff a good wage. If I'd written a review after my first visit it would have rated an unqualified 5 stars -- Phoebe and David are absolutely top-notch for mani-pedis! My nails looked fantastic and stayed looking good for nearly a month. Unfortunately, the results my second visit were a significant disappointment. The technician who did my nails this time (not Phoebe or David, and I don't know her name), did a good job of shaping the gel fill-ins, but the actual nail polish turned out decidedly second-rate. She left a visible unpolished arc at the base of each fingernail, making my nails look amateurish. I could have saved myself $50 and done a better job polishing them myself. I'd be happy to go back and get my nails done here again, but only if I can be guaranteed to get Phoebe or David to do them. Otherwise, I'll find somewhere else to go. read more

Highly impressed with the gel manicure I received here. I wish I caught the name of the gentleman who did my nails but I do know it was not the owner... We did a walk in on a Saturday evening, and they were able to take us right away. They had a folder filled with gel colors and had premium colors as well for an extra charge. I went with a mauve/purple color with a matte finish. The technical was very thorough and knowledgeable. He did a great job cutting my cuticles. He emphasized that the matte finish is unforgiving so he made sure to take his time and make sure the coats were smooth and clean. I wanted to wait a week before I wrote my review bc the true test is if the manicure and color last! A week later, I am so happy to say my nails still look great. Not a chip in sight. To get off my previous SNS, he wrapped my nails up in the tinfoil with nail polish remover on a cotton piece inside and used the drill (lightly) to get it off. I was never hurt by the drill. I took a chance because of the reviews. I haven't been inside a salon since before March 2020 because I've been so nervous; my little guy is medically complex and I don't want to bring anything home to him. This place was spacious on the inside, and it wasn't as busy as I thought it would be. I saw some reviews complaining about wait times so I made an appointment for 5pm, started at 510, pretty good. Phoebe did my manicure and brow wax. She did such a great job on my nails. She even gave me tips on how to shape my natural nail for less chance of breaking one. Kevin did my pedicure and he really had a workout from me lol. But he was so polite. He was also very animated when it came to the color I chose for my toes, you can tell he has a great sense of humor. He was amazing. It took me two hours to get out of there but I could have probably been out sooner if I said something about the brows, I think they almost forgot. But I was on MY BREAK from reality so I just sat drying my toes a little extra, didn't bother me. I will definitely go back. I felt comfortable there and that is important to me. He apparently had started another customer (my first thought was hmmmm but I scheduled an appointment). I let it go, decided to relax in this nice setting, my pedicure was done by Hana (sweet lady, but slowwwwwwww) my cousin had Lee for both her hands and her feet (dang it she was lucky). Hana did a good job ran into some issues with polishing at the end, but I was happy to get out the chair. Once we were done with my feet I get moved over to the nail station....only to have to wait another 20 mins because Eric had begun doing someone's else nails. Once again odd, considering I had once again booked an appointment. I'll sum all this up by saying my nails are the worse they've been in a longggggg time. From the thickness, to having no color on the side of my nails. I walked out of there wanting to cry - what a waste of three hours and $141. I've gone to a few shops to have my nails thinned out and fixed but no one wants to touch this mess on my hands. I keep getting told I have to soak the nails off and start again.
