I've been here three times now and have been pleased with every appt and interaction. They listen to what you want and discuss what's best for your nails which I really appreciate. I've been getting gel manicures for years and have a problem with my nails bending and cracking below the quick. They recommended dip manicure and it lasted 7 weeks without cracking. Okay, I don't type much at this point but still...amazing results. I just never thought to try dip before. I could have gone years more never realizing dip was a better option for me. Today Tai worked very hard to get me the shape I wanted. A pet peeve of mine is when my nails aren't uniformly filed. Gel or dip is going to cover some filing inconsistencies but I feel my nails hold their shape better over time when they're filed uniformly from the start. On a whim, we decided to stop in and see the new shop. Nothing planned, we just happen to be in the area and see their now open sign up. Upon entering we were greeted and promptly informed of the various services they provided - offered water and a snack as we chatted and decided on services. The entire place is clean, well lit, and inviting. All staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. We had an amazing time and service was promptly delivered with great quality. 10/10 Would for sure recommend! I stopped by as a walk in for Head Spa and a full set. Started with the Head Spa. So relaxing. Enjoyed every minute. My hair was so soft and shiny after the treatment. I then had my acrylic set removed and had GelX applied. I can't say enough about how amazing Ty was. So kind. Amazing artistry and attention to detail. I called yesterday and made a 4:30 appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. Upon arriving, I was told they were behind and I would have to wait. That's fine, i didn't have much going on and left to run and errand and told them I would be back. Well I came back about 30 minutes later and still had to wait about 15 minutes before being put in a chair. Service was fine and color selection was great. I just got out of the shower the next morning, not even 24 hours later and my whole left hand of gel has completely come off. Part of my toes are not covered in polish. I feel like I wasted my money and will it go back. Not even for a repair. read more

The Therapy Nail Spa has potential, it is a large new establishment with hair therapy as a different spa offering which we did not try. However, as a new spa, some of the staff are obviously inexperienced resulting in a long time to complete a manicure and pedicure with sloppy looking results. The person working on my toes kept getting her hair on the polish making her have to fix it after I pointed out this had happened. Sadly, I noticed she had multiple colors of polish in her hair, so she was doing this with other customers too. read more

I was really excited to visit and get a pedicure after not getting one in a year. This is a luxury for me. I was told it would be a half an hour wait, which was fine. I sat in the lobby for about 20 when I was put into a chair and was told someone would be with me. I waited for half in hour in the chair, my feet in water before anyone came to speak to me about a color or what kind of pedicure I wanted. This was frustrating as I was told it would be a 25-30 min wait at most, and my partner was running errands elsewhere and ended up having to cancel plans due to not getting a service for 50 minutes. Waiting is fine, but at least be honest so I can go somewhere that actually values my time. Worst part is, I wanted a more expensive pedicure originally but got a cheaper one due to trying to get out of there a little sooner, since I was going to be late to some plans that had to be canceled anyways. By the time I was seen, my water had cooled and she rinsed me with cold water. I could have given myself the same experience in my shower. I told the owner(?) that while the service was good, waiting for half an hour without hearing anything wasn't amazing. I wasn't offered a reason, discount or acknowledgement that they had wasted time and that was unacceptable. Merely an apology and nothing more. The best part was that the color selection is good. I feel like I wasted my money on trying to pamper myself, I should have just stayed home and done it myself and spent the difference on groceries. Things like this are a luxury, but if you can't even treat your paying clients, and a new one at that as the manager asked if I had been and I said it was my first time, with respect for their time- why would anyone want to be a repeat customer? read more

We called ahead on Friday to make reservations on Sunday and to find out the pricing (as they dont have prices on their website.) The guy I talked to was extremely nice and respectful. Walked me through the different services (we ended up with the cloud 9 pedicure and the ultimate therapy) which was incredibly fun! It was easy to make reservations for 2 and paying was a breeze. Based on previous comments we decided to give Therapy a try. We arrived at 10:08am today 11-7 and were told they had a 25 minute wait [they open at 10] and asked us to come back. No problem, we went next door for a coffee and came back 25 minutes later. We were seated at 2 pedicure chairs and soaked our feet. 25 minutes went by and no one even once told us when we could expect our service to begin. Finally we left and not one person even acknowledged us getting up and drying off our feet and leaving or offered any apology. First time visit to this huge, beautiful new nail salon and spa for a pedicure. I was very impressed with the modern decor and attention to their client's comfort. My pedicure was lovely and they made sure it was perfect before I left. They offer a wide variety of services and are priced about average to other nail salons. I'll have remember to bring more cash for tips since they can't add it to credit card purchases. Everyone here is very sweet and made me feel welcome. I took my mom here for pedicures before a wedding. The service was immaculate! Everyone was so kind and inviting! We felt calm and relaxed through the entire visit. We have been to multiple salons before with no luck finding one that we felt we could go back to. As soon as we walked outside we turned to each other and said we would be coming back here!
