Talk about saving the day!! It's T minus Three days to my birthday and my pedi lady is busy galavanting around the world *insert stressed emoji*. So after my facial nearby, I decided to search for a local nail shop, using Yelp of course! Navi nails came right up with stellar reviews on Google too so I called and lucky me they fit me right in. Honestly I knew I found a gem when the woman exiting the shop was chatting with the staff as she left, called me sweetie and held the door. Immediately I was like o, I like this place! Cute and clean nail shop aesthetic, with a few customers and 8 pedi chairs, all open (thank you Jesus)! Staff was friendly and all wished me a happy birthday, I was so surprised! Evidently the person who took my call shared the info. Honestly, this spot may knock my regular out the running. Tracey did such a phenomenal job, m'am 5 gold stars, my feet are soooo happy. I got the Ultimate pedi and it was worth every penny, and the "pearl" scent was fabulous. I treated myself to a New Year manicure! I knew places were going to be busy with it being New Year's Eve, so I came across NaVi Nails Spa and thought, let me see if I can get an appointment. They take online appointments so you don't have to sit and wait for the next available person. I arrived 2 minutes early and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The salon was clean and spacious. All the customers were enjoying their day of pampering, from manicures, pedicures and even eyebrow waxing. I picked out my color and was seated immediately. Christina was a delight, she was very friendly and took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted. I'm a natural nail girl and she didn't pressure me to get artificial nails. She removed my old nail polish, shaped me and trimmed my cuticles. After she applied my gel color, the best part came. The hand massage, I could have sat in the chair all day. I have really liked coming to this location from time to time. However, today I booked an appointment online for eyebrow wax at 7 PM. That slot was available online and I received an email confirmation. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told that there was no one available and that they "usually close" at 7:00. Meanwhile, their website schedules appointments as late as 7:15!! So ridiculous. Fix your website. Don't allow appointments that's aren't available to be scheduled. Besides that don't you think someone should've looked to see that there was an appointment scheduled for 7 PM and called me? SMH!! read more

I have been going to Navi nails for quite some time and I went this last Sunday and was shocked when I went to pay for my fill in and it was $47. When did they raise the prices so high? I was just there 2 weeks prior and it was not that high. I think the new owners are raising prices and it's ridiculous. Pedicures were not $36 for a basic which I almost never got as I usually get one with more fluff. I was noticing this price increase , too. Sadly, I will have to go elsewhere as that just seems very high when I can get a full set for $57 and other places are less but I liked that they were open Sundays. Great service, prices and location in Cary! Met a friend for pedicures and wanted to find a place near lunch options. This salon was perfect and I was happy to see a wide array high quality polishes (OPI) and they had the latest colors!! I appreciate a place that invests in good polish and keeps up with the trends instead of having a wall of pink and red. My technician was awesome and helped me find the perfect glitter to go over my polish to match my upcoming concert outfit! This is a recently acquired and remodeled nail spa with brand new management and team. I came here because Groupon had an offer on shellac manicure. First, the ambience is wonderful. It is clean, beautiful gray tones and you can tell they share a passion for the business. Prices are affordable (menu picture attached). The lady who did my nails was Christina and she was a delight! She removed the cuticles, cleaned and prepped my nails for the gel, followed all steps and recommended some changes to my original idea (saved me $10!). Some of the current offerings here are: 1) they will give you the file and buffer they use on your nails. Because they do not Re-use these, they have come up with this unique philosophy to return it to the customer for any future rips/breaks/damage control. How cool! (Pic attached). 2) they didn't rush me, took their time and did a good job on my gel manicure. 3) they offer complimentary wine. They didn't offer that to me. But when I asked if that was a feather, I was told it's there! So when you want to unwind, go ahead and ask for a beverage! 4) they have a special until Dec 25, 2018. Gift cards are 20% off. My friend and I wanted to get my nails done for our senior prom and after some quick research, decided on an acrylic set at Navi Nails. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and when we had to reschedule, they were accommodating and kind. The inside of the spa is beautiful and incredibly clean! Although we were initially told that we could only be worked on one by one, we ended up getting them done at around the same time and finished together. This was my first time getting my nails done, so I was a bit apprehensive . However, I was really pleased with Sam, the manicurist who worked on my nails. He was extremely thorough in filing, buffing, and gluing my nails, and also very fast! He followed my reference picture and specifications exactly, and I left feeling amazing and absolutely loving my nails. Been a regular customer here from 2019 through late 2021 and always got excellent service here, but don't come often anymore because it feels awkward getting pedicures in a salon full of mostly women patrons. The solution is to come when it isn't too busy. I have social anixety which is why I haven't come here in about a year but that isn't the business' fault. This was the only place open on a snow day and My nails really needed some TLC. Booked an appointment at 4 for a pedicure for DH and a Mani and dip nails for myself. The service is good, place is really clean but since it was snowing there were very few ladies working at the store and quite a few people came in for mani/pedi. So I had to wait quite a bit with my finger tips covered in Acetone. The lady who worked on my nails is Kia. She did a great job with my nails and was very sweet to talk to. The ladies were super sweet and patient as I tried to match a color from my nail inspo photos. Wow... Just wow... I went into Navi Nails Spa to get a fill-in on my acrylic set because my normal nail tech had something come up and was unable to get me in before I had to leave for vacation. I stumbled upon this place after looking for a good 30 mins and not having luck with anyone willing to get me in. NNS had good reviews, looked nice, they had an amazing website, and I was able to get an appointment scheduled with ease. As soon as I got there I was instantly greeted by friendly staff and seated shortly after. Shan did an amazing job on my nails. My normal nail tech does my nails with a nude colored acrylic powder and Shan immediately noticed, asked her boss(es) and they were so quick to find an exact color match to my previous set. Shan proceeded to do an amazing job with shaping and getting the exact french tip I was looking for. I cannot recommend this place enough, they're amazing. Definitely ask for Shan if you decide you want a really pretty french tip set, though I'm sure any of their staff would do an amazing job! read more

I was in and out in under 2hours, which is record breaking time for those services. As I had to have my current gel taken off both my toes and fingers. The salon is clean and well decorated. I have been to many different nail salons here in North Carolina. I am originally from the Boston area. I have to say that I have never left without feeling satisfied. The service and respect is above and beyond. I happen to go to Sam but I have seen the work of others and they are also nice. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming and that makes you feel even more special when you walk in. If you can't decide what color you want sometimes they'll even offer their opinion which one they think will look better which one they think he will like better. And they usually are always right. I am not the type that likes a pedicure but while others are getting theirs done they always seem satisfied. As far as cleanliness goes the salon is extremely clean, they sterilize their utensils/equipment. That to me is one of the most important things ever. another fact that I like is that they don't ever keep you waiting more than maybe five minutes for your appointment. Sometimes they can't help it in the person in front of you may run into an issue and run over a little bit but you never have to wait 15 or 20 minutes like you do in other places. I could go on and on about how satisfied I am and I know I am not the only one that feels this way. Since being a customer there I have already sent in 23 other people that also feel the same way I do. The review is for Gel Polish French service. 1). First visit overall = 4 stars. Prompt, quick, and lasted about 1 month! My only issue is the way the white tips are painted. Not hand painted but overdone then removed. Technician was attentive and no issues in/out of salon in 25 minutes. 2). Next visit, same technician but maybe an off day. She could not remember what she used for the French gel manicure. Whatever one she used had bubbles and chipped within a week! I was very disappointed, plus the overpainting. The other issue was trimming my cuticles and underneath. It hurt longer than the gel polish lasted. = 2 stars In NY, they paint free hand the tips for French and it must be a talent and steady hand. First time coming to Navi, and Amy did my gel mani (Ruffle Those Feathers from Gelish, in case you like the color). She was super sweet, and she did a decent job - there are a few spots that could've been done better, but I'm the only that can really see them. Seems like she was rushing towards the end, so maybe that's what caused it. Additionally, if you make an online reservation, be very clear about what you're getting when you walk in - I booked online for a gel polish change ($20), but I guess I misspoke when I walked in because I got a full gel mani ($35). Again, maybe that was my bad, but I was clear via my online booking what I was there for. So the minor imperfections and the mixup on my appointment are what generated the 4 instead of 5 star review.
